hey guys. was wondering if you guys have heard Serj's new single "empty walls". Are you digging it? i actually quite like what he's done. He's kinda brought back the older sngs SOAD use to produce, and in my opinion, the better songs. new album is coming out on the 23rd...pretty sweet

i disagree..they're songs are pretty good. Serj's new album sounds like the older SOAD stuff..the better songs. if youve been listening to them recently they're pretty bad...but the new song is getting me all chuffed. cant wait till the album comes out..which is the 27th of oct i heard!

SOAD is very unique in what they do. They made something different and perfected it. You've got to respect that.

not really unique...serj stuff is really repetitive and kinda too depressing for now

Ah...but isn't all music related to the rock genre depressing? Now if your considering SOAD's song Sugar to be depressing perhaps you should get into looking up lyrics...most of Serj's music is supposed to be unique all on it's own. His voice is even one the easiest (in my opinion) to single out from other artists. Chop Suey also has more meaning than most listeners tend to get from just listening. Watching the music video gives you a bit more to think about and perceive.

If you think their repetitive, your naming the wrong band...these Nickelback and Three Days Grace fans for example are basically listening to the same old lyrical stories. (not that I don't listen to Three Days Grace)
