Yellowstone eruption date inside and more (Plus Biblecode discussion)

OK i need everyone to bare with me with this post, in order to get a good disccussion going.


Apparently according to the Bible Code (http://www.exodus2006.com) the erruption date for Yellowstone Park SuperVolcano is 2010 .

HOWEVER

We have to worry about a comet impact on August 3rd 2006, wiping out costal villages/towns/cities before that.

Then in 2010 there will apparently also be a asteriod that will hit india, wiping it out completely and spewing crap into the air to go along with Yellowstone.

2012 is apparently the end of the world year, where almost everyone would already be dead due to the cosmic winter from the 2010 impact and erruption of Yellowstone. This is also the year it says that a giant 60 mile wide comet will smack into the earth, penetrating the crust and causing a pole change.


Now, of course this is based on the Bible, with mentions that the only survivable place will be somewhere in the mountains
(in the middle east) This is also the place where Noahs Arc is.

It seems really scary that such predicitions have come out of the Bible, with it even being mentioned in the text, hinting of the end of the world.

However, one would argue that also codes have been found in the childrens book 'Moby Dick' that has predicted the assasinations of 6 people in the past, I would argue however, that no code to my knowlege in this book has predicted the destruction of the world.

Now, i have been worrying about this for days, Ijust find it hard to dismiss it. Everything seems to fit in with the bible code, and all of it relates to the text in the bible and all the codes somehow fit in together.

Now before i continue i believe in the following:

UFO's
Ghosts (spirits)
God (i dip in and out of belief)

It is apparent, that in the bible, Jesus says that in gods house there is many rooms, this would suggest that God is not just the God of this world, which could describe his absense. I must tell you now that i am not deeply religious, i am just trying to make sense of this hole mess, perhaps he is mad with the evil in the world and wants to cleanse it again like he did with Noahs Arc?

This prediction does, however, go beyond logical reasoning. In the bible it says God is merciful and he does not wish to punish, this is what would happen if these events where to happen.

Also this prediction is true and this si going to happen, why so many events taking place in order to kill man kind, when simply one asteriod big enough would do the job for god? whilst he can save the souls who he wishes not to die.

There are also comets that are due to impact the earth many years after the apparent death of life on earth, why would this be? to start life again perhaps? a comet is the therory of how life began on earth.


I just find the hole thing mind bogoling, if such predicitions were to be find in almost any book, i would feel safer, as would many, it is apparent that perhaps this has not happened so far?

Yellowstone park seems to be quiet pissed off as of late, a 6 year time before it errupts seems possible, but then again so does 50 or 50,000 years.

What are your thoughts on the Bible code, can you argue against it? or do you support it?

Two more things i would like to say, if god is real, meaning there is a heaven and he does wish for the destruction of earth.... Why do we have ghosts? Why do we have UFO's? , what happens to us?

Lastly how can people exlpain crop circles showing signs of a comet hiting the earth, and people being abducted being told of impending doom?

The bible code has been discussed a few times on our forum - you might want to look back at some previous threads.

From what I can recall, is it not possible to find anything when using the Bible Codes. Basically if you want to find a certain something, then you will eventually, by manipluating the the search criteria?

myself being a believer of christ, i believe in the rapture, and so if the end of the world was to be in 2010 then this would have already happened, also there is no-where in the bible that says that the world is going to end, there is however reference to wars and famines in the end days, but as i said because the rapture hasnt taken place then these famines and wars wont materialise until then.

Yes it's true we've had discussions going on the "bible code" in the past. I've often wondered why it is that it is only death and destruction that gets predicted in the bible codes or, indeed, in any other supposed predictions from the Maya indians, Nostradamus, etc etc.

Did the bible code also predict that England would win the Rugby World Cup in 2003? Probably not, and even if it did it wouldn't be reported because it is only disaster predictions that sell copy.

The bible code works like this. Everything we have predicted from it doesnt come true. After something happens we see it in the ocde afterward.

came across this thread on google and just thought i'd mention; 2012 is predicted to be the end of the world by many ancient civilisations, such as the mayans. so that prediction isn't just in the bible code.

i'm not really one for religion to be honest, but i find it strange how 2012 keeps popping up. it seems an odd year to choose. fair enough 2000 because it was new millenium and such, but 2012? it's kinda weird. ah yeah, the death date is meant to be 21st december, so perfect excuse not to buy christmas presents and save your money! :D

Yeah, I've seen/heard those predictions, too. IF a comet zapped India and IF yellowstone were to super-erupt (remember there have been many other eruptions outside of super eruptions where Yellowstone is concerned) then it would indeed be as bleak as it could get...

A 60 mile comet? I think the new theory on the extinction of the dinosaurs puts that asteroid at about 12 miles long. I can't remember the exact size but it was something relatively tiny, like the size of Rhode Island. A 60 mile comet would vaporize the earth, forget yellowstone/2012/UFO invasions, we'd be heatblasted into the afterlife just from it's entry into the atmosphere.

I have no doubt whatsoever that its true, the taxi firm rents an office of me and are good friends. What signifigance it means to yellowstone itself I have no idea.

Er - if a lake "filled" with lava (not magma which is by definition un-erupted) then that'd constitute an eruption, which clearly hasn't taken place.

If there's anything at all in this it'd be more likely they've detected magma or a pocket of magma, or are investigating a pocket of magma under a "lake".

Pretty sure there's only one lake there of any signifiance with the caldera underneath - and that's Yellowstone Lake. Detecting magma there isn't news, it'd be more of a problem if they couldn't detect it there. ::):

Is there a live cam of Yellowstone lake? If it were "Filled" with lava at the bottom, it would definitely be steaming/boiling, and you'd see steam coming off the whole lake. It would evaporate quite quickly. If there is a fissure, then I could see a small area beginning to accumulate some, but the whole base of the lake covered sounds unreasonable.

Any pics, evidence, sources, etc??

It seems cultures around the world have similar or same stories when it comes to the end of the world and climate changes. The bible is just one of the many cultures that wrote and predicted what was and will be again.
