In a book titled "The Prosecution of George W Bush for Murder", author and
prosecutor Vincent Bugliosi, argues Bush should be prosecuted for murder after invading Iraq in 2003.
Looks like a good read to me! Here's the article:

If Bush was to be prosecuted for this, and i say him and also the ones that participate in this, knowing it was wrong , of course, this would have been the best news in quite a while.

GW Bush should be prosecuted for murder and crimes against humanity. He is the worst leader in all of time and I consider him to be The Anti Christ.

There is no need to leave the country to look for the blood on the hands of George W. Bush, just do a real investigation into 9/11. That was an inside job to get war approval. The Iraq war was an internationally criminal action with hundreds of thousands of bloody victims.

Yep. And mark my words before August is over there will be another 'attack' that will spur America into an invasion of Iran. Fools, everyone, to believe the lies.

I quite hope your wrong, Iran is a normal country just like us, just a bit of a wacked out leader, no need to slaughter the people for a single man, fuckin retard Bush is in my opinion and most of yours, not only that but Iran isin't exactly a push over, they DO have an army that is fairly well trained and equiped it would NOT be like Iraq.
Now that we have that out of the way, don't forget that Russia has said they will back them up and quite possibly China, it would be the end of western economy as we know it.

Before August? I would give a bit more time and say just sometime before or immediately after the next elections. I don't think King George will willingly give up his throne, so he might decide to bomb Iran, and then when the inevitable attack on our shores takes place again, Martial law will be declared, and the election results will be voided out.
I am praying really hard that not only does Obama get elected, but that he is able to serve out his term in office without being assasinated. We will then be shown to have made a LOT of progress as a nation and a people.
And I really wish someone would give dubya a blow job already so we could impeach him...it seems like leading a nation to war under erroneous and false information by and of itself just won't do it for some reason. Go figure. But then again, I have always been amazed at people who find more obscenity in signs of affection at times than they do with scenes of war and death.

Yes i agree 100%.
i suspect they will bump him off long before he ends up in court.
Maybe they will kill a double or something and if that sounds far fetched then look at how many doubles Sadam had running around so nothing new in that.

I am praying really hard that not only does Obama get elected, but that he is able to serve out his term in office without being assasinated. You really think his life is in danger ..... sure a lot of people will want to kill him, but would they actually go through with it ..... and would they be able to get through his no doubt uber-tight security ?? :huh?:
And I really wish someone would give dubya a blow job already so we could impeach him...Joke of the day !! ::ROFL: Thanks Babe !!

Do a little research on the health problems of 9/11 rescue workers and the policy the government applies in their case.

It's all propaganda and psychological warfare. It's the new cold war.
I think the media will say that the USG managed to convince Iran to drop its nuclear program (after a long and exhausting process), just to wash away a bit of the shame it was splattered in Iraq, Afghanistan and in the country's internal policy so it would give back the confidence that the USG does its job.

How can any part of the USA goverment exspect anyone to have faith in a dam word they say if they are unable to bring GW-Bush to justice.
Justice will just have to go and visit the man himself else they will have to rewrite all the physics books.
Did you know that a plane flying close to the ground at anything above 250mph will churn up the grass due to the ground effect under the wings. Did you see any grass damaged in front of the pentagon. Silly fools can not think of everything.

Justice,
WTC 7 a standard steel frame building went down in its own footprint consistent with typical demolition and the same puffs of mysterious smoke that was seen on WTC N&S preceeded its coillapse. The center of building 7 collapsed first. As I hear it 911 was a cover up for the corruption that was going on in the stock market and the WTC collapse hid the evuidence. I think GW and his staff should spend some time at Guantanimo.

How do you think someone would go about charging Bush and friends with crimes? Would they be war crimes? Crimes against humanity? What?
I don't think anyone would have the testicular fortitude to actually bring charges against them anyway.

I see no attack on Iran by the US anytime soon. Bush has lost his power to do this. He will go home to Texas and retire. Open a library paid for by the Saudis, just like most of the past presidents. Not so sure about Israel on Iran. If the price of oil keeps dropping, peace might be at hand.

It is always a good thing to have peace instead of war break out. Not as common, of course, but always a good thing.
And Bush in guantanamo? Yeah, someone should waterboard HIM and see what he 'fesses up to. Since it's not torture and all.

i doubt there will be much to this. If they were going to prosecute Bush they would have done it a long time ago. Look at the timing, right before the elections, and its the Democrats that are posturing for this. This is nothing more than a ploy to garner approval ratings, support, and votes for the upcoming election.
Basically they are using this to get the average voter to think twice about voting for McCrazy, and instead turn their votes to Obama.
Bush will never see a holding cell, much less a trial.
If he does I will be surprised, but I'm not holding my breath

I spent the afternoon on c-span watching first the congressional hearing and then the floor debate on this very issue. It sounds like there is a general feeling that Bush is definitely guilty of certain crimes while in office, but apparently, they are unable to prosecute the president while in office. The only remedy is impeachment. When he is out of office, then they can prosecute him, and from what I was hearing, that idea seemed to be getting some support.
They may also revoke some of the Military Commissions Act amendments, which Bush put through on the advice of Gonzales to escape prosecution under war crimes. That would restore previous legislation allowing congress to fully pursue Bush for a variety of crimes.
I believe the motion to impeach has now been sent to the Judicary committee.
I think we may see some action after January 2009. At least, I hope we do.

You are doubtless right. I find it frustrating though that what Clinton did and yes, even what Nixon did, pales in comparison to the crimes he has committed when in office. Karma can be a bitchkitty tho, and it will eventually catch up to him, if not in this life, then in the next one, where he is born into something more fitting...like a dung beetle perhaps..
