How did I get an infraction for nothing?

So I have been gone for two days when I come back to see this:

Well see that post...or whatever. Was made "Jul 16th, 2008, 4:48 AM". Problem is I deleted my "offensive" sigpic a few hours later. So then I got this infraction while I was gone. And I've been gone since late day on the 17th, probably about 7pm when my friend came over. So.... how can I get an infraction for a sigpic that didn't exist at the time I was given the infraction? I replaced my sigpic on the 16th. Or is good ol' Harry finally deciding to use her powers just because she doesn't like me?

Either way guess our "freedom of speech" doesn't apply here after all. lol. Its still ok for people to post offensive pictures about my religion and when reports happen nothing changes to them. lol. Yep....no on takes sides here...right Harry? lol.

I actually posted my sigpic before that. But I guess thats where people turned me in? Not sure. Anywho I got the infraction a day and a half later AFTER I removed the pic. So to be fair you can't punish someone that much later for something that they still didn't have up on going.

But as people know Harry is REALLY bitchy with me. So she used her powers just to get even over a PM I sent her. Which just shows what a crabass he is. If these are the kind of mods we have here...the kind that abuse there powerse when they see an oppurtunity because they are pissed at someone....then we need new mods. I got over the the sigpic thing and freedoms, but then she turned around and seeked revenge and used her mod power to do just that.

I'd take the infraction if it was for something legit, something I had actually done when I was given it. Like if it was given to me if I had still had the sigpic up....but I didn't.
