Well, isn't that just handy. The moment we have all the perfect posts in place, and its the complete end of everything, the message boards get reset to an earlier date, and the exact information that finished it all was deleted...

Its actually one of the worst things that could happen here, we had a complete breakthrough, and wrote some things so that everyone would permanently know the truth, and see.

But, I suppose God, or the moderators of this forum didn't want it getting out to these people.

Anyways, just makes you want to give up on everything. We can't write it all exactly again.

Peace.

Well why don't you try again? If your "GOD" wishes it then it will happen, will it not?

Are you on a destined mission 777?

If the God's disallowed your oracle perhaps it was false in the first place?

Sorry, I am just being a smart ass, but you can forgive me can't you?

[COLOR="DarkOrange"]The moment we have all the perfect posts in place,

That part gets me. "We"? Perfect posts. Agenda. What is your mission statement 777?

Arch, Losing posts and threads that meant something is hell. Like losing a child, well, not quite. But still when we pour our hearts into something and it gets lost, the wording will never again feel the same. We will never have that break through again. We just have it in our hearts and that should be enough.

I lost a thread during the last server switch that, in all honestly, was brilliant. And I have yet to rewrite it because quite frankly I am not in the same place I was just a few months back. While I hold that all my theories are truthful still, I just don't have the will to write the thread again. I am not inspired so to speak.

I am sorry you lost some important posts. It really is hard. I was lucky not to have posted anything this AM, but I was in the process of researching and writing responses to three other threads. Just haven't posted yet. I think this is a good lesson in saving your work. I too, need to remember to write in a separate program in which I can save my work.

Remember, I know how it is to want to share your break throughs with others, but they are also for you personally. Don't lose sight of the lesson, just because the words are gone.

The truth is never really lost, but it will resurface and be found.

Thanks to all of you that are at least respectful to others, blessings guys. Everyone will go their own way.

At least we're not "Dealing with Dipshits"

Okay. I am sorry if I hurt your feelings. I did not mean to make you sad. Honestly.

Joking aside, I am sorry.

I backed up everything literally 1 hour before it went down, and when myself and the host tried to use that most recent backup it was corrupt / didn't match. The post and postindex (the files that store posts and threads) were crashed in mysql database and the repair / optimize wasn't working.

So please fill me in. Did the site crash or what happened? I noticed my two posts from 15 Jan are also missing.

Please tell me what happened.
Thanks.

I think some of the users have been deleted too as I remember I already posts on this forum.

Unfortunately when this happens, anything stored inside the forums database from backup to back is lost. Posts, threads, sign ups, comments, added photo's, updated profiles....

I'm doin' my best to back up everything as often as possible.
