Evidence appears to suggest that Baxter International is responsible for a new deadly outbreak of viral pneumonia in Ukraine. In February of 2009 Bloomberg reported that Baxter “accidentally” send vaccine material containing both live Avian bird flu and seasonal influenza to multiple laboratories worldwide. A laboratory decided to test the vaccine on it’s ferrets, but the ferrets all unexpectedly died. It must be noted that Baxter has made a “mistake” like this before. Blood products produced by Baxter once containd HIV. Thousands of haemophiliacs died due to this, and many went on to infect their spouses. Later in the year, a bizarre story emerged on the internet. The Huffington Post reported on a a man named Joseph Moshe who was arrested after a hours long standoff with the police because he had supposedly made threats against the White House. The man was able to withstand multiple rounds of tear gas.

The more dangerous appearance of the Ukraine epidemic is at the moment mostly the result of local variables.
Like the initial mishandling of the outbreak. The countries anti vaccine mentality and the local state of the hospitals.

Sofar, no different H1N1 strain has been detected.

The mad cow disease, 200 or something dead, while avian flu managed to kill 262 people in over 6 YEARS !

That is because it takes a while to produce and test vaccines for a particular strain.
We would like vaccinating in June. But that is currently impossible.

That is not the goal of the vaccination program.
The goal is to lower the amount of people that end up in ICU's to prevent as much strain on hospitals as possible. And unnecessary deaths in risk groups.

Mad cow disease is a prion that is not easily spread.
Avian flue never completely jumped species like swine flue has, but poses a similar threat in the future.
