INDIANAPOLIS – Danica Patrick has experienced a new sensation at the Indianapolis 500 — getting booed.

IndyCar's most popular driver heard fans' displeasure Saturday when her comments blaming a poor qualifying performance on her car's setup were broadcast over the racetrack public address system.

Just more sexism. The entire Andretti Autosport team has problems, don't do well, but she's the only one who is booed. If she had the only bad car/laps ok, but the entire team had problems, and others qualified behind her.

Get over it men, women can drive and she won a race, and doesn't finish last, so I guess that makes all those people who finish behind her less then women? Stupid sexist pigs only booing her because she is a woman.

Considering the crowd that actually pays attention to this sport, I can't say I'm surprised. Of course there is going to be sexism among fans. Assholes.

if you guys would have read the article, they booed her because she blamed her poor performance on her crew. That is not something you do. She took zero blame for the team's performance. They didn't boo her because she is a woman. I came on here because as soon as i read the article because I KNEW gamergirl would spin it this way.
