The Edomites. Is this todays Bozrah..or Basra? Is it is Jordan? Is it Petra?
Do Esaus descendants consider themselves Jews or are they mixed with the Arab nations? What's the mystery of Bozrah? Why is it a mystery? Also.
There is a Basra in southern Iraq also. Why does it have the same name?

Elsa,
Edom [Esau] and Ishmael were both descendants of Abraham and these are the same today who surround Israel just as in the ancient past
The Lord created an offset between Isaac and Jacob ..... and Ishmael and Esau which still exists today
It is the line of Isaac and Jacob from Abraham who hold the birth rights to the land of Israel and they are the Israelites [all 12 tribes]
Bozrah [Petra] is the land of the ancient Edomites and is located in the Jordanian wilderness today east of the north end of the Dead sea
When a believing remnant part of Israel flees from the beast and his followers during the coming tribulation period they will move through a rift valley [Mount of Olives splitting] created by the Lord to the east and into this area [Zechariah 14:4-5; Matthew 24:15-16; Revelation 12:6; 14] .... Azal was an ancient city of the Edomites
The Lord will protect them in the area of the Sheeps Pen compound where the ancient Edomites at Petra sequestered their sheep .... the beast and his armies will persue them, but will not be able to harm them
The Lord will come to the earth at the time and begin His turning upon the beast and his followers who will be occupying Israel, Jerusalem, and the temple mount ..... He will engage and proceed from Bozrah, then to Jerusalem to rout the beast, and then to destroy his kingdom all the way to the borders of Nimrod [Iraq] [Isaiah 63:1-4; Joel 2; 3; Micah 5:4-5; Zechariah 14:3]
These followers of the beast will be the Islamics of the Middle East which include the descendents of Ishmael and Esau [Psalm 83]
There is no connection with Basra, Iraq and Bozrah in the modern state of Jordan

Wouldn't Esau be different than Ishmael since his mother and father were both the same blood line (Issac and Rebekkah) ...where as Hagar was Arab?
Wouldn't Esau have more of a blessing and be more included then Ishmael? And wouldn't he consider himself as a Jew would?

Elsa,
The Lord is against all of Ishmael's and Esau's descendants, and the mixing of the other inhabitants of the Middle East because they have rejected Him and they follow the teachings of Mohammud [a gross perversion of the scriptures of the Bible] .... their intent is to destroy the nation of Israel which the Lord will prevent [Psalms 83; Jeremiah 30; Daniel 2:40-44; Ezekiel 39; Joel 2; 3; Zechariah 12; 13; 14]
These adherants of Islam claim the rights that belong to Israel ..... always have and do today .... the Lord is going to deal severely with all of them during His coming hour [time]of trial and judment .... it is these inhabitants of the Middle East who will follow and form the core kingdom of the beast

no he wouldnt ( couldnt ) consider himself as a Jew.
The promise of who would be the messianic nation is clear.
Abrahams firstborn was Ishmael, but he never got the inheritance.
Isaac the second born got the inheritance.
Isaacs firstborn was esau, but he didnt get the inheritance.
Jacob the second born got the inheritance.
Jacob became Israel and had 12 sons, 1 son giving birth to the Jews.
They inherited the promised Messiah, Jesus /yeshua - king of the Jews.
Just read his headstone.

The story of Esau is one of the more convoluted episodes in the Old Testament. The reason is that it is threaded around a folk tale about the role of the deer in producing twins, and the (tent shaped) constellation Cepheus that contains the gamma star Errai, and two bright clusters (one white, Jacob) NGC 7160 - one red and hairy (Esau), IC 1396)
Here is the white cluster NGC 7160
