not to sure if im posting this in the right place! :grin

i saw a trailer for a show on Sky (uk satellite channel) about a phenomenon that i think was refered to as "worms" but that could be wrong, basicly it insinuated that aliens are among us and fly around in tiny spiral space ships almost invisible to the human eye, from the images i saw (bear in mind i did not see the show, just the trailer for it!) they looke d to be bright lights the shape of fussili pasta (the spiral one) and dart around us at very fast speeds, can anyone shed any more light on this subject,, as i said i missed the show, but it looked very interesting??

Are you talking about RODS? They are supposed to be very fast and elusive.

Not convinced they are extra-terrestrial.

I'm still a bit skeptical about rods -

but in the same token there are stories and pictures I've seen which seem unexplainable.

Rods are a pretty fascinating subject. Don't know what they are but obviously something is getting caught on film. The scientists who claim its digital noise of some sort are ignoring facts.

You're welcome.

Not that particular SKY programme but the first time I ever saw them was on SKY Sports programme 'Soccer AM all sports show'. They seemed to like appearing at sporting events across the US mostly. (Probably because these events had a lot of filming going on).

We should keep the "science, nature & history" forum for topics about just that. Spaceships and stuff like that should go into the paranormal, IMO.

Moving this thread to that forum.

For the people that think Rods are mini-spaceships, I agree with you Dutchie but I'm more inclined to think they're an undiscovered life form. The evidence obviously shows they exist but what they are is anyone's guess.

I'd definately be inclined to say that they were some sort of flying (for want of a better word) bug. A previously undocumented species, native to this planet.

As VR says, exactly what is "anyone's guess" at this moment. They are extremely elusive, difficult to see and extremely fast. Catching one for study won't be easy. (Besides, I kind of like the idea of there being species that exist that we can't study easily).
