What's all this then?

Here are some links to actual conspiracy websites run by actual conspiracy wackos. Conspiracy theorists love the internet as a tool to get their message across, so we get most of our material for our shows from conspiracy nut websites.. If you're a wacko, all you have to do is put up a website and literally millions of people will be reading your message. You don't have to prove it's factual. So someone can put up a website filled with total nonsense or paranoid ramblings, and gullible people will believe it. And anyone who disagrees with you must be working for them.

"I read it on the internet, so it must be true!"

Wackos on parade

This is by no means an all-inclusive list. There are too many wacko websites to mention here, so this is just a small sample of the craziness out there on the internet. I think these are the best ones.

You are not to smart eh; do you know the word source criticism?

Yes almost all of those sites you mentioned are wackos but then you put ATS. (Above top secret) in, which is one of the most respected sites on the internet and praised by all real conspiracy theorist.
ATS don’t have their own policy it’s owned by a guy I know that is called Simon very respected guy I dare you to call him a wacko!
If you ever had a theory you will find it in there getting torn apart bit by bit, while we dissect it under the microscope, but hey you don’t know you probably only know google.
Also when you have been on ATS for some time you get really above top secret access and then the fun begins, we just 6 hours ago helped a team of real UFO researches working on a university in USA expose some fake pictures they were working on it took us 4 hours to do a job they have been working on for 14 days.

Now to the next flaw http://www.theforbiddenknowledge.com/ hmm yes he is kind off a Looney but some of the info on that page is true, now this isn’t a serious error because I also doubt the quality of that site but none the less you have proven that you don’t know anything, so lets just forget about this little thread eh?

My point is there are many wackos on the internet 90% is disinformation, 9% incorrect information and 1% is actually true, do some background checks before you post some thing like that again

Baphomet

Ps: as I am reading this through it seems a bit hostile, for that I am sorry but when somebody labels the 30000 members of ATS it just ticks me off, so I am sorry for the hostile tone of this post it is in no way meant to be that!

There's a wealth of information on the internet also. For every 1 bogus link you put up, there are prolly ten that are real. And don't forget how agent provocateurs work. Wrap lies around some truth and mislead.

I posted it because, there are some good sites, and funny sites. and some wackos sites.
My point is there are many wackos on the internet 90% is disinformation, 9% incorrect information and 1% is actually true, do some background checks before you post some thing like that again

Baphomet I did look in to those site, so I did do some research on them. I never said, what were good or bad or just wackos!! And I have to go along with you on the 1% is actually true.
There's a wealth of information on the internet also. For every 1 bogus link you put up, there are prolly ten that are real. And don't forget how agent provocateurs work. Wrap lies around some truth and mislead. I think just the opposite ED ( My opinion only )

Yeah, the bad thing about the internet is the ease of posting "information". Such is the price for freedom of speech, I guess.

Ah, the sheer fun and enjoyment of whacked out paranoid filled websites! Just think, if you compared them to some of the stuff posted in these threads it damn near makes some of that whacky content here look legit!

I find some of these sites interesting and laughible. ATS is good and has lots of pictures and some of em are plain wierd. Its hard to know where the truth lies in these days and probably we are not being told the whole of it. Sad really. Why do you think truth is so hard to get?

I think it was in the first "Men in Black" where there was a discussion of the people not knowing because they dont want to know. It seems that it is a truth not discussed often. :(

>I think just the opposite ED ( My opinion only )

Agreed. I may be biased because I'm in IT and see a ton of business sites. More than I need to. You can find just about anything. Which is why i say 10 to 1, opposite your 1 to 10. I guess it depends on where you frequent on the net. ehh.

>Why do you think truth is so hard to get?

IMO, i think its because there are those who don't want us to know and there are those who do.

Imagine if you were in the business of making chocolate and no one else knew how. You'd get rich. Now if someone else were to claim the same and just starting, after you got your millions, would you see them as a threat? How you answer that question may be different from someone else, which is prolly the heart of disinformation.
