Hey gang. We got any runners here? Just curious. For me running has allowed me to 'escape' from my daily grind and get back to something more simple, primal if you will.

I used to run big time, hope to get back into it at a smaller scale. Good for health, and good to be in shape in case TSHTF.

GP, look for local races [5k] in your area and sign up. That will get you accountable and down the road.
