Crust:
1/2 cup butter or margarine 1 stick
1 cup flour
2/3 cup chopped peanuts
First Layer:
1 8 oz pk cream cheese
1/3 cup peanut butter
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup whipped topping
Second Layer:
2 packages chocolate instant pudding mix or use
1 chocolate and 1 vanilla
2 3/4 cups milk
Topping:
1/3 cup chopped dry roasted peanuts
1 milk chocolate candy bar shaved
Crust: Mix butter and flour with hands til crumbly Mix in nuts and press in bottom of 9X13 pan. Bake 30 mins at 350 degrees.
First Layer: Beat cream cheese , peanut butter and powder sugar till fluffy. Fold in Cool Whip. Spread over cooled crust.
Second Layer: Beat pudding and milk till thick and pour over cream cheese layer. Spread top with Cool Whip and sprinkle chopped nuts and shaved chocolate over the top.
