The Beast is currently in pre-production.

The cast and crew are legally sworn to secrecy.

The theory that Jesus Christ never existed, while largely unknown to most lay Christians, is gaining credibility among scholars. Historians do not consider the Gospels to be historically accurate accounts. The authors of the Gospels, writing 40 to 90 years after the supposed life of Christ, never intended for their works to be read as biographies. There are no credible non-Christian references to Christ during the period in which he is said to have lived.

It actually is quite interesting. Lots of discussions going on about the movie. Funny though, nobody has a single clue what it's actually about, and they're discussing it like it's the last thing they'll ever do... :smokin:

There's also a new movie with Nicholas Cage coming out that deals with the illuminati and the freemasons.

A movie whose purpose is to prove that Jesus Christ never existed and that demonizes Christian fundamentalists is scheduled to open on June 6, 2006 ? that is, 06-06-06, the "666" biblical mark of the Beast.

Directed by Brian Flemming, who is described on the film's website as a "former fundamentalist Christian," "The Beast" promises to spread the theory he claims is "gaining credibility among scholars" ? that Jesus was made up out of thin air.

The Beast is a new movie that is currently in pre-production. It is due to be released on the odd (but of course controversial) date of 6/6/06. The movie is about a young girl who, following in her father?s footsteps, discovers perhaps the greatest secret in the history of organized religion (namely Christianity): Jesus Christ never existed.

that is just messed up! a movie showing that Jesus Christ didn't exist? i think it will "dud" bigtime. too many people are Christian FGS!

but you know, after reading all the books that i've read...i'm beginning to wonder. is "Satan" doing his job and pulling me away from my religion? its a paradox, because, if Christ didn't exist, then god didn't exist....then Lucifer doesn't exist!!!

That is just messed up!

That means that they will go and see it purely so they can complain about it. Why do you think Passion Of The Christ did as well as it did when it is based on the inturpretation of an extreem brand of Catholisim.

if Christ didn't exist, then god didn't exist....then Lucifer doesn't exist!!!

Your statement isnt as conclusive as you think. Your A,B and C are not related the way you described them.

It isn't a paradox, as DBA has already posted, how would Christ not existing mean that the jewish God wouldn't exist? And expanding on it even more why would you base your whole conception of the "God force" on just the christian religion?

I can imagine GWB banning this movie, calling it an "act of terrorism". Then he will procede to assisinate the director.

Movies like this are obvious and direct attacks on Jesus, the truth and the Christian as a whole. If you know how the world operates they do not want to have to live a life attached to any belief that counters freedom of expression, sin or action so of course they will look for a way to discredit anything that does not line up with the truth of their own beliefs and FEELINGS. It goes back to the start. They want to believe Lucifer/Satan is the answer and that "Jesus/God" ripped him and all of us off and that the devil was rejected for wanting to tell us the "truth" which was NOT the case at all. He wanted to defy the one true living God of the universe and to destroy or try to man and God which in the end will only bring all who do this damnation forever. The movie The Da Vinci Code is another deception of the Illuminati. Look at the numbers they use and the T-shirts you can buy!! SICKENING! Look at the creed of the Illuminati and the Secret Covenants if you can find them. That will tell you how deceptive they are.

Well as much as people (including here) may not like christans or the religion you got to admit making a movie about our god not exisiting is a little over the line. Its fine to question and to not like and not want to deal with a religion. But who makes movies about "Your god doesn't exist"?

I mean look at what happened when someone made a cartoon about that god of theirs in iran or whatever, they went all crazy and wnated everyone to die! I think people know to respect some boundries even if they hate some things. This movie to me is something that isn't needed. Make a book about it or something or maybe release it as a movie on dvd but not a cinema movie.

If your going to make a movie about this whats next? Movies about how "not-so-bad child porn is? A little extreme but you get my drift, push one envelope then you start pushing them all.
