Okay, with the wildcard week over, what are your predictions. I think the rest of the season will go down as follows.

Saints beat 49ers
Packers beat Giants
Patriots beat Broncos
Ravens beat Texans

I see the Saints then beating the Packers and going for the NFC
I also think the Patriots will take out the Ravens for the AFC

I then think the Saints will beat the Patriots and be the National Champs for the 2nd time in 3 years. Who Dat!

Saints won 5 games this year on the road, and lost to the Rams of all teams on astroturf. The field conditions in San Fran should not hinder them at all, no tbeing slick from rain, so while they can lose, I won't believe it until the end happens.

Ny beats Packers...better defense.
49er's beat Saints...better defense
Bronco's beat Pats...better defense (I'm sensing a trend here...)
Baltimore beats Texans...better defense.

What about better offense? The Patriots, Packers, and Saints clearly have the best offensive units of the 8 teams, and all three have poor performing defenses, but they still seem to get the job done and let the offense stay on the field. The way the rules have changed, and the lame job on the part of the officials in calling lame hits and such have made it very hard for defenses, and I cannot see how the Broncos can get into the superbowl playing 4th quarter ball and having a quarterback that is not consistant except with winning games by the seat of his pants.

Better offense needs time...and an upright QB. IF the O-line is up to the task then yes better offense wins. NO has a very good O-line, but SF presents a more difficult challenge, better LB and a better secondary. That's where that tight end of yours, Jimmy Graham comes in handy. Still NO on the road against a strong defense will make it a tough challenge to win. And they certainly can win, but if I am a betting man, I take the healthy, deep, and very good defense to win a home playoff game.

NO is has 0 wins on the road in the post season. NO has 0 wins in outdoor stadiums on the road/postseason. NO lost to some of the shittiest teams in the leage while on the road.

The Pats have 0 wins in the postseason... if you are talking about this year. The Saints won the superbowl while not in New Orleans, so it is obvious from this fan they can win outside of 'The Dome'.

SHIT... is how the Saints played.... but I can't see the 49ers going all the way. The Saints beat themselves.

Super Bowl is Neutral Field and not considered an away game.

Also, HA! I am once again right. Saints lose, and the Pats are up 7-0 and not even 2 mins has passed.

Make that 14-0 and Tom is 8 for 8 and 2 touchdowns! He is perfect baby!

45-10! Patriots are going to the Super Bowl bitches! Tom Brady has tied the record for most passing TDs in a single post season game and is one from breaking it! And he is now third all time passing TDs in post season behind Joe and Favre!!!!! WOOT!!!

Haha! After a major fight the ref comes out. "After the foul there were two plays." Like uh, wanna say that again?

I don't think you're giving the 49er defense enough credit. They are disruptive, remember Detroit dropped 3 balls that were sure interceptions, SF did not drop them. Try not to be too upset, winning at SF is going to be a tall order for any team. After NY beats Green Bay, I don't think they'll stand a chance at SF. I would love to see the SF/Patriot Super Bowl. Sorry Pal, you fought the good fight and came close. See you next year.

Okay, they made some great plays, but the Saints dropped the kickoff return and had far too many terrible plays. Brees was not playing his best, and to be honest, the officiating was not great either. Not that any one part was the primary reason for losing, but combined figured into the game. The Saints defence was sound for most of the 2nd half, but the 2 blown coverages by the saints secondary really spelled their doom. If they would have won by stopping the 49ers on that last drive, then I could not see them winning their next game playing like that against either the Giants or buttPackers.

That sounds to me like the perfect description of the Lions Vs. Saints game! It takes about a week to get over the end of the season. No question tho, that the officiating this year has been awful.

Yep... I guess I am a bit disappointed by their play... but feel niether of these teams has what it takes to get to the final game and be productive. In many ways, when you look back on things, it is often a lot of luck involved in getting to the final game, as the Vikings in 2009 really blew it in the final seconds in what should have been a Minnesota win over the Saints in the NFC Championship game. The game yesterday saw the Saints blow it in epic failures during the last 49ers drive.

I don't know what it is with saints fans, but they seem unaware that the 49ers forcing multiple turnovers against talented offenses is as normal as Brees throwing for 300 or 400 yards. You think it is a coincidence that they once again FORCED multiple turnovers after being plus 28 for the first 16 games? And as for the refs, guess who was called for ZERO penalties? The crucial helmet to helmet hit was legal because the offensive player was not defenseless. What other supposedly bad calls wer e there? Anyway, the 49ers can and HAVE beaten the Giants, and the game would be at the stick. They cannot beat the Pack in Green Bay though.

? Bad Ref calls? They called 0 penalties on the Saints. Helmet to helmet? Holding? Facemask? Not a one. No matter what the Saints did they couldn't get a penalty called on them. Hell they could have had 15 men on the field and not had gotten a penalty.

Okay... I predict the Pats will win the Superbowl by 4.... 28 to 24, or 27 to 23. Then the Lions' Dynasty begins...

The Pats should win, but never count out any superbowl team. The Giants should keep it close.
