The best Hollywood production ever? Realism? Psychic Sylvia Brown is suppose to warn the people before this major earthquake happens, however, people are better off watching the behavior of the animals, neverthless, I do speculate if terrorist will play a hand in blasting the fault lines.......

. . .I voted "yes" only because I feel a really large earthquake is probably overdue for the area. (then again, IT IS quite likely anyway, after all, this is "California" we are talking about!) which is a very seismically-active area. Added to which, recently the USGS has noticed 'unusual' quake activity recently at greater-than-normal depths, which SOME believe could be a 'precursor' to a really violent quake.

Hidden Fault May Threaten Bay Area
Category : Current Events | Posted : 16 Dec 2004 09:27 pm

Residents of the San Francisco Bay Area have reason to fear "the big one" because the area is home to a variety of fault lines. Now researchers have reason to believe another earthquake hazard should be added to the map: results presented today at the annual meeting of the American Geophysical Union in San Francisco suggest that the earth beneath Marin County may contain a hidden fault line.

I find it quite funny and strange that:

President Arnold Schwarzenegger? As Arnold Schwarzenegger launches his political career, it's worth recalling a scene from the film "Demolition Man," which takes place in the year 2026. As Sandra Bullock attempts to bring Sylvester Stallone up to speed on what has happened in the world in the last 30 years, she refers to the Schwarzenegger Presidential Library.
Stallone: "Hold it! The Schwarzenegger Library?"
Bullock: "Yes, the Schwarzenegger Presidential Library. Wasn't he an actor?" Stallone: "Stop! He was President?"
Bullock: "Yes. Even though he was not born in this country, his popularity at the time caused the 61st Amendment…"

Won't be the first time Hollywood or literary works has predicted the future. Jules Verne and 2001 a Space Odyssey have something like a 90% hit on future events.
