There is no doubt in my mind that everyone would feel the presence of the Messiah, the question would be one of choosing to recognize and follow. We do not all recognize that which is important nor choose to do that which is right. In general we are rebellious by nature and have to fall many times before we learn how to walk.
Good questions! Keep them coming.

Why "if you lived in his life time"??
I am CERTAIN we could NOT, and modern times only make it HARDER. Assuming someone like the Messiah really exists, I am sure he either would not be noticed AT ALL, or we would securely lock him up in a heavily guarded section of a psychiatric clinic..

For all that we know, the Messiah may have been David Koresh...

The last time he came, we killed him. But if and when he does come again, I think He'll be smart enough to avoid that

That's a good question. I'll have to ask myself that sometime.

Well duh! He'd be the hippy parting the red sea, with a staff in one hand and a joint in the other. With a shitload of people following him trying to score some weed.
Man, dumb question.

Well when He was walking the Earth, we would only have known if we were in Jerusalem, or wherever He was at the time.
Which is why He left the Holy Spirit with us, that we can know Him.
But when He comes to earth in our time, we can know this:
Matthew 24:22-27
22 And except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved: but for the elect's sake those days shall be shortened.
23 Then if any man shall say unto you, Lo, here is Christ, or there; believe it not.
24 For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect.
25 Behold, I have told you all these things in advance.
26 Wherefore if they shall say unto you, Behold, he is in the desert; go not forth: behold, he is in the secret chambers; believe it not.
27For as the lightning cometh out of the east, and shineth even unto the west; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.
So Jesus tells us there that He will be coming from the skies. We are also told that He will be coming with a massive host (An Army of many millions -Jude 14- From the Skies.) This is also stated in Enoch 1

Haha....no wonder so many hypocrites follow Jesus....do drugs, hate your neighbor --
doesn't matter -- cuz yer saved, man!!
:smokin:
None of this "do unto others" shit, eh?
If you have Jesus, you can do no wrong.

If someone is really saved, they won't do that. We are to live according to Him, rather than man.
