Twister's in Birmingham Uk

Hey there all, just wondering If there is anyone living in and around birmingham in the uk? At about 17:56 to 18:04 I witnessed two tornadoes forming, however neither touched down. Just wondering if anyone else saw these.

Hey there, i Live in Hockley Heath, Solihull area, i did not see the forming tornadoes, however i saw some unusual cloud types and the breezy weather stopped and all went still, it also went pretty cool as the temperature dropped quite rapidly.

Sorry i didn't see em, you didn't happen to snap a picture of them did you?

One of my friends showed me one forming via his webcam on MSN. Pretty nasty looking, but he said it never touched down. The weather did say there would "huge thunderstorms and heavy hail". Meanwhile here in London the temperature hit 33c (91F). The heat is supposed to go on through the week and get up to 30c again on Thursday.
Also 200 people died in India when temperatures hit 50c (122F). Some pretty wild weather today...

i heard there should be storms too, but im still waiting on them, hope i don't sleep through them :}

I also saw the Twister as i was next to my bro Resentedhalo it started to hail so decided to go outside.. The hailstones was the size of marbles but was very short then i was lookin around in the sky and i saw this huge super cell and at the bottom of it was all this cloud swirling around very fast it came from Birmingham headin towards us in Tipton and a funnel started forming into a tornado shape and very nearly touched down but went away after about 20 seconds.

I was very excited as it was the 1st one i have ever seen and was watchin the storm go off towards the horizon and was quite a few clouds swirlin and to my amazment again the exact same replica of the above happened.

I hope we get more storms soon with this hot weather cause i think it wont be long before we see 1 touch down.

I will buy a camcorder soon so hope to catch 1 on video

More Thunderstorms on the way for the Midlands county England on 24th June so any watchers about might see some activity from the supercell clouds please post any sightings and im gonna try and catch 1 on cam to post
