Read the links below and let me know what you think. I say a man CANNOT rape his wife. According to this, he can't sodomize her either. Corinthians 6 ...we should not deny our spouse of sexual intimacy...

We've been taught that this is bad, and that is wrong, anything other than missionary position is sin. We've been taught wrong. We are to PLEASE our mate. :prin:

ugh, I swear to God Christians are blind when it comes to sex. I say this if we were only to have sex to have cjildren, then why did God make it pleasurable for us? Why didn't he make us like animals where this is no pleasure only to have babies? Sex is supposed to be something to be enjoyed by a man and woman, who are married. That's what I get from the whole thing. I guess according to genisis, it's okay for a guy to ahve sex with other people as long as he puts his seed somewhere in her body? Yet I thought that having sex with your brother's wife was a sin?? Adultery???

Oh well just my thoughts!

Animals do feel pleasure when they have sex...why do you think dogs hump people's legs?

Fair enough on all counts, but as long as BOTH partners are willing, no one gets hurt, wouldn't it be fair enough to say they should do what they feel they want or need? Corinthians also says we should give our partners authority over our bodies. And the man is the head of the home...so Wouldn't it be fair enough to say he should have pretty much absolute control in the bedroom? I'm just trying to find a common ground, and your input is very helpful. Think about it, most divorces are on account of affairs, or money. If It was automatically decided that the man had all this, he would have SEX with his WIFE, all excuses put aside, no need to have an affair, Sarah adored Abraham, called Him her Lord and Master and was right in doing so, however, she couldn't give him what he wanted, A child, so she allowed him to have sex with Hagar, which resulted in Ishmael. Even though Sarah ALLOWED this, she grew to hate Hagar and Ishmael so who's fault was it? She played a big part, yet ultimately Abraham made the choice. Abraham was also closer to God than most of our biblical characters, yet after Sodom and Gommorah were destroyed and Sarah was wiped out his daughters starterted humping the old man. Trust me I have no use for incest, but it's been going on since Jesus was a baby. Affairs too. So, I'm looking at a happy medium between the bible and the ethics we've been taught. Everything from sex to politics, and politics are all bullshit as far as I'm concerned. But we live in a society that says the schools can spank our kids, yet if we do the same, DFS removes them from the home. We keep the bible in the courtroom, but we take the 10 Commandments away from our kids schools, we're taught that for better for or, worse can easily be fixed with the help of a smartmouthed lawyer. Keep talking to me! :prin:

Yes, I know it's fucked up, however, it DOES exist. :52: Think about how much sex has changed in say 50-60 years. It went from the idea of a girl getting pregnant out of wedlock to nearly 1 in 3 teenage girls getting knocked up at least once during thier high school years. In the 40's and 50's divorce was almost unheard of. Now we use it as an alternative to making the best out of the worst,
If you're a fella, can you imagine married life without the idea of your wife saying *not tonight dear I have a headache.* I know MY MAN will NOT refuse to give what I want or I'll have to get mid-evil on his ass and take what's rightfully mine. :bondage: Women have the right to take it too. After all I have him papered to ME. :prin:

lol...where did you find that site? That has to be the most loosely-based-taken-out-of-context interpretations I've seen in a long time.

Seriously any reasonable person doesn't follow this sillyness, even most christians. Majority of christians use contraceptives regardless of church view or whatever crap they wanna relate to the bible. Only the most hardcore of christians actually follow that tripe.

But honestly if you're a good person and the God is as loving as stated then I wouldn't think it'd care if you had anal sex or masturbated....
