This young man has alegedly sat in the one spot without eating, drinking or relieving himself for 6 months.

If he really has meditated that long without food or water it's a miracle already. The human body starts shutting down functions after 5-7 days with no water let alone weeks without food. That would be great if this kid turns out to be someone of high spiritual prominence.

I wonder if he has the ability to go into a hibernation state like bears do. I agree with CELL, somebody should put a box of Arm & Hammer Baking Soda beside this guy...

An amazing story is coming out of Nepal concerning a teenage boy who has been meditating under a tree with no food or water for the last 6 months, just as the Buddha was said to have done when he attained enlightment.

What's interesting about this story for me is that I travelled through the area in 1994 and was told repeatedly of a prophecy that the Buddha would soon emerge in Nepal. Interesting stuff.
