Methinks 'will' is just an advertiser trying to promote some dunbass made-for-TV crapola in the same manner as the Blair Witch Blog promoted the movie before it came out (if you don't remember the Blair Witch Project was presented AS REAL until the day of sneak previews).

Well - I wouldn't consider myself a religious person - just a person in search of truth. I'm actually not very fond of religion, myself, but I am a Christian. But there is very little in this world, if anything at all, that could be considerred harmless, or "having no effect", in my opinion.

The fact that you are unable to perceive the harm caused by such things does not make them harmless and because something such as Harry Potter may not have a noticable effect on you does not mean it doesn't have a noticable effect on some 10 year old kid in Detroit.

Listening to The Beatles as I was growing up had little noticable effect on me or my beliefs, if any at all, but was a major force in the life of Mark David Chapman.

Evil is insidious - that is why it has experienced so much success in our world. I think the vast majority of us can agree that something such as murder, or rape or selling drugs to children is wrong or evil. But when it comes to issues such as Harry Potter or The C. P., it is not as easy to discern the truth - which makes it all that more dangerous and all that more effective. And just because we are unable to discern the truth about something - does not meant it doesn't exist.

I don't know if Harry Potter is harmful or not - I do know that it will have effect on some people's lives and that effect my very well be harmfull to some. I'm not sure about Will's post and the C.P. either - but I don't reject its validity on face value either.
