Elvis: Whats your opinion?
He did good music for is time, good dancer etc. His personal life??? I dont think he was happy. He had a lot of things to be thankfull for, but maybe it was'nt what he really wanted. He lost himself and is family with pills and acool. Very sad. Hero or villain. Hero for the personal sacrifice he did for is carrier. Not so in is personal life, Vilain for not having respecting himself and is family.

I love his music, and his videos, but agree that he was, as krakotoa put it, a villain. But a silent hero at the same time. His music presented the planet with untamed music, memorable lyrics, and catchy expressions-all at the same time as his and his familys' private hell.

I am probably one of the few who was not a fan. He was a good man, he served in the Army and adored his mother. I think the death of his mother did him in. I think that fame and fortune had come so quickly that it was hard to handle.

Yeah, actualally your probably right! Most of his death and drug-taking was probably related to the death of his mother.Same!
