I don't really remember who had this link in their signature with something like: "Join the most retarded discussion" or something like that, but it's great. I haven't laughed like this in a while, seriously.

Flat Earth Society Forums (http://www.theflatearthsociety.org/forums/)

Particularly funny is the thread on the General Discussion forum welcoming you to the site. I don't know how this person found this link and I'm sorry if this has been posted before but I think is amazingly entertaining and unbelievable.

Any thoughts or laughs?

Heh, it was me who had it, and I found it by doing some research about the moon landing hoax. They are supporting the theory about the hoax, since it's impossible to leave the Earth. And it's impossible because there's a gigantic dome over us, where stars are dotted.

I personally like all the morons who claim that it's all a gigagantic conspiracy, and that all the worlds goverments wants us to believe the Earth is round since ... well, there's where their imagination runs out. And that Antarctica is really a 50 feet high ice wall, to prevent us from leaving the Earth and keeping the water inside.

The scary part is that they really do believe this shit. My ass hurts from laughing.

I read something about the Earth having to be flat because the Bible says so. Supposedly every government is into the conspiracy because they want to keep God out of human life and dismiss the Bible. Don't get me wrong, I believe in God and the Bible I'm just saying what they are saying. People interpret things in a really weird way.

And you are right; there are some people that actually believe this. They even try to put up a serious argument on the Flat-Earth theory. It is so funny. However, I'm pretty sure none of them go around public places promoting and "educating" people on the "truth," that would be embarrassing.

Hell, I'm going to bookmark that site lol :headbang:

You have probably read in the book of Acts about when Peter went into a trance and saw a sheet let down from heaven knit at the four corners, containing all manner of four footed beasts, fouls, and crawling things of the earth, and the voice from heaven saying, arise, slay, and eat. And this became an instruction to the saints, that we should not call a man common or unclean, based on his flesh descent.

There was a time that I lived in a house, where my roomate had a tapestry which covered the wall. This tapestry was evidently made by folding it in half twice, and had mostly green dye and some black dye, with a little left white. When unfolded, it had twelve small circles encompassing the whole sheet, and it had one giant black hole in the center, and the black four corners each made one-fourth the size of the big circle. In the creases of the wrinkles of the green, there were the appearance of multi-legged bugs, and shapes of creatures all over it.

It was this sheet that got me thinking quite deeply about these things, how if we were to take that sheet by its four corners, and spin it to rotate the sheet, it would appear as the earth rotates. And if we looked at the sheet moreover, we would notice the large black circle on the very bottom, and the four corners knit together would make another black circle equal to it. This sheet in fact is necessary to consider in order to understand other Scriptures, too: when we read about the four corners of the earth, Gog and Magog, and the bottomless pit which has its opening on earth, and the kings of the north and the south in the book of Daniel: and their kingdoms are spiritual.

I had to rid that old sheet. When I looked upon it I saw a wicked image of Satan, so I got my roommate's consent, and I took that sheet, and set it on fire and trampled the ashes with my feet in the name of Jesus Christ.

PEACE!!!

Yeah, I haven't posted on that site in a while (I'm "ItRestsOnInfiniteTurtles"- i think, it's been a while). It was funny as hell at first, but then I came to the realization that there are only like three people on that forum who believe the world is flat... So I got bored.

There was one guy on there who said something this (in the "how did you find this site" section):

"My friend told me about this site, so I joined to make fun of you."

Now, that says it all...

Matthew 12:40

".....so shall the Son of man be three days and three nights in the heart of the earth."

2 Peter 3:5

"For this they willingly are ignorant of, that by the word of God the heavens were of old, and the earth standing out of the water and in the water: (v.6) Whereby the world that then was, being overflowed with water, perished: (v.7) But the heavens and the earth, which are now, by the same word are kept in store, reserved unto fire against the day of judgment and perdition of ungodly men."

Revelation 7:1

"And after these things I saw four angels standing on the four corners of the earth, holding the four winds of the earth....."

Revelation 20:8

"......the nations which are in the four quarters of the earth, Gog, and Magog....."

Acts 10:11

Revelation 9:1

"And the fifth angel sounded, and I saw a star fall from heaven unto the earth: and to him was given the key of the bottomless pit."
