Well, since Jake99 has been claiming to be the Messiah for a while now, I think it's high time we made him take his forty days and nights in the wilderness. In this thread, I propose that we all ask Jake the difficult questions, as a sort of trial by fire, to see if he is in fact the messiah. I think it'll be fun, and of course it will give Jake an opportunity to prove once and for all if he is Christ...

P.S. I apologize for the fact that there are other threads about Jake, but I just had to see a thread with the title "Jake's 40 days of Temptation..." Hell, Jesus was tempted, right? :headbang:

I have been tempted by fame, fortune, power and pretty women and I have experienced, enjoyed and stood my ground against all of them to one degree or another. Many of the thousand people who have worked for me recommended I run for US president because I solve all the problems those before me could not and I do it in the twinkling of an eye, while making it look easy.
I have never spent a day with a woman who did not ask to have a relationship with me. In fact I have been kissed by at least one pretty woman a year who I just met that day for the last ten years. All of them were about half my age and most would make the cover of magazines. Castles to Yachts and nearly everything in between have been offered for my use and my adventures are way beyond that of anyone you ever heard of.
I hope I can convince you that it is I you should follow if you wish to resolve the conflicts of the world, it is my specialty in fortune 500 companies with a union work force. Donald Rumsfeld calls the war on terror the long war and I can end it peacefully and permanently in a few days. The choice is up to you, follow fools like Bush and Clinton with their armies of killers or the most accomplished manager in all of time according to facts and witnesses.
I may be taking a new job as a plant manager of a fortune 500 company in the near future and will do my best to convince you before my time and opportunity to preach of the new world is limited.

Please allow me to introduce myself
I’m a man of wealth and taste
I’ve been around for a long, long year
Stole many a man’s soul and faith
And I was ’round when jesus christ
Had his moment of doubt and pain
Made damn sure that pilate
Washed his hands and sealed his fate
Pleased to meet you
Hope you guess my name
But what’s puzzling you
Is the nature of my game
I stuck around st. petersburg
When I saw it was a time for a change
Killed the czar and his ministers
Anastasia screamed in vain
I rode a tank
Held a general’s rank
When the blitzkrieg raged
And the bodies stank
Pleased to meet you
Hope you guess my name, oh yeah
Ah, what’s puzzling you
Is the nature of my game, oh yeah
I watched with glee
While your kings and queens
Fought for ten decades
For the gods they made
I shouted out,
Who killed the kennedys?
When after all
It was you and me
Let me please introduce myself
I’m a man of wealth and taste
And I laid traps for troubadours
Who get killed before they reached bombay
Pleased to meet you
Hope you guessed my name, oh yeah
But what’s puzzling you
Is the nature of my game, oh yeah, get down, baby
Pleased to meet you
Hope you guessed my name, oh yeah
But what’s confusing you
Is just the nature of my game
Just as every cop is a criminal
And all the sinners saints
As heads is tails
Just call me lucifer
’cause I’m in need of some restraint
So if you meet me
Have some courtesy
Have some sympathy, and some taste
Use all your well-learned politesse
Or I’ll lay your soul to waste, um yeah
Pleased to meet you
Hope you guessed my name, um yeah
But what’s puzzling you
Is the nature of my game, um mean it, get down
what’s my name
can ya guess my name
what’s my name
I tell you one time, you’re to blame

When did Jake learn how to use the "Return" and "Tab" buttons? I think that's proof enough of divine intervention.

I love the Rolling Stones and U2 but neither of them compares with the my two brothers and their band who can play all the best of the greats as well if not better than they can.
The only thing I leave in my wake is peace and prosperity and a few defeated or changed bullies.
Sorry I slept through high school and English was not a subject I excelled in. I was not required to attend first period homeroom and was scheduled in such a manner that I left school 1.5 hours earlier than all others for five years. I refused to do homework and never read a required book. I guessed at the answers on the tests and still passed. I was easily the best athlete in the school and so were my six siblings who decided to finish first in their class. I have always been a rebel standing against Capitalism and war.
I was taught the ways of Jesus and refused the ways of Satan from the age of 14. My father helped to build the first US ballistic missile among other weapons of mass destruction. I am not of this world and never have been.

That's a very good and tough question. What is your reply, Jake?
Oh, and to everyone else. In Jake's defense, it is quite clear that he has become a very popular character here. In fact, he is so popular that I have been forced to quote him as my signature.
Perhaps this is part of his plan to rise to Messiah-ship? To get people curious, even people who make fun of him, to follow what he does- to at least WATCH him. And when he has enough of us watching, THAT is when he will show us the big miracle that will convince us. It's at least possible in principle.
But what d'ya think of the sig?

If you want to be mentally and physically tough enough to take on the toughest of the toughest, Parris Island is a very good place to prepare yourself for whatever comes your way. The Marines build leaders that can slay dragons and I led from start to finish for four years even when severely outranked by those who were working for me. After asking me to reenlist as a warrant officer which I refused they attempted to court martial me twice for standing against and communicating threats, I won both times and never backed down or denied what I said. I have never heard of another Marine getting as many high level leadership positions or opportunities with my rank it just does not happen, rank is rank with the exception of me. Even as a private first class there was talk and several recommendations of excellerating my rank as high and quick as possible. They gave me the first 50 Harrier aircraft to maintain and load with weapons and wanted me to fly them as well. I did not even enlist as a aircraft mechanic but they needed the very best and asked me to do the job.
I was the quarterback, wide receiver and defensive back for the squadron full contact touch football team and I led the base in most scoring categories. Top of the heap first squad leader from day one in boot camp as well. I shot a possible on the rifle range at 500 yards and almost no one else does that. The next day my last shot missed the target completely for some mysterious reason otherwise it would have been a first ever repeat as well. Do not ever count me out of anything. They never saw a Marine like me before and I made it look easy.
I stand against my father even though his work fed me very well and gave me opportunities no one else has ever had. I had the best athletic fields in my own yard or just down the street and drove luxury and sports cars to the finest US schools as a 16 year old.
When I was about 13 I was heavily involved in the protests at the U of Buffalo NY which was 2 blocks from my house. I organized a walk out from junior high school and wrote a 500 word essay to the district court about how I stood against them. That was after being forced to watch court proceedings for six sessions after getting caught taking my dads car for a midnite joy ride at age 12.
I watched the Stones at the Super bowl and U2s latest concert and they do not come close to having the talent of my brothers even at their own songs.

Exactly my father is highly educated but what he does with that knowledge is the worst things possible. I want to dismantle everything he made and bring everlasting peace to this planet. We do not need militaries we need a simple and fair operating system that protects and manages the planet.
I don't claim to know much of Iran but they want all WMDs dismantled and so do I. The US seems to think its ok for them to have thousands of WMDs pointed all over the world and I say it is not ok..

WastelandWarrior,
You cannot even imagine all the things I have done and where I have been and I am underestimating just so it doesn't sound too much like bragging. My war medals are National Defense which everyone who serves in war time ( Viet Nam) gets and believe it or not Good conduct even though I turned the place upside down with bad conduct and defiance. When I was in charge of night shift ordnance of the Harrier squadrons I let the majority of my crew go home every day for 2 years as soon as the day shift was out of sight. I only had about eight men but two or three could do the work load, I was staffed for war time, but the planes were not qualified to go to war. I took second place in the 29 Palms straight pool tourney, the Marine I lost to ran 63 balls after my opening break and easily beat me to 200. Minnesota Fats has never run 63 balls the guy was the best I ever saw other than Steve Miserak and Willie Masconi. One of my grandfathers was known as fast Eddie in Buffalo NY pool halls and I have hustled in many a pool hall and the bar rooms on the strip in San Diego where I ended my billiards career after beating everyone standing on one leg with a cast and crutches. I was the man to beat at ping pong even with a cast on my leg and a crutch under one arm. There are people who wanted me to be a pro bowler and I was a very good gymnast, swimmer, track star and everything else I tried. My older brother won the squash and platform tennis tourney after only picking up the racket and learning the games a few weeks earlier, but that was after winning the Buffalo Municipal tennis tourney twice, which is a huge feat. My brothers on the right in the photo want to be businessmen and they have had all the best looking women on their arm.
The Catholic church recently stopped allowing people to read ulogies at wakes after I informed about a thousand people from the pulpit that I am the Christ and that was after telling Cardinal Law at the alter and at the back of the church that I was the Christ during mass. I wrote him a letter six months before the sex abuse scandal asking for his surrender and I have been seen by many standing on the roof my black limo dressed in tennis whites in front of his church the Cathedral of the Holy Cross during the protests. Did you know that it is claimed that over 35% of the priests in the arch dioceses of Boston are Gay. Hardly someone to call father, at least now I know where they hide and who to keep children away from.

Bullshit.
Not doubting your ability to shoot but to say almost no one else does that is putting yourself on a pedestal. There are blokes in the club I'm in that can consistently do headshots at ranges well above that. And the ones that have scopes might ask which eye to shoot. Possibles at 500yards is nothing. Even I can do that.

The Schrödinger equation is the definition of energy of quantum system. It describes the time-dependence of quantum mechanical systems. It is of central importance to the theory of quantum mechanics, playing a role analogous to Newton's second law in classical mechanics.
In the mathematical formulation of quantum mechanics, each system is associated with a complex Hilbert space such that each instantaneous state of the system is described by a unit vector in that space. This state vector encodes the probabilities for the outcomes of all possible measurements applied to the system. As the state of a system generally changes over time, the state vector is a function of time. The Schrödinger equation provides a quantitative description of the rate of change of the state vector.
Using Dirac's bra-ket notation, the definition of energy results in the time derivative operator: at time t by |ψ(t)〉.

where i is the unit imaginary number, \hbar is Planck's constant divided by 2π, and the Hamiltonian H(t) is a self-adjoint operator acting on the state space. The Hamiltonian describes the total energy of the system. As with the force occurring in Newton's second law, its exact form is not provided by the Schrödinger equation, and must be independently determined based on the physical properties of the system. M16s have open sights and its just an example of top level performance, I was the pinball wizard as a teenager and far and away the best overall athlete I have heard of. Talent on talent and it runs in the family is what I am telling you. I am the special man you were promised and many fortune 500 companies relied on me to keep them profitable and out of bankruptcy. And when I left they went down like power windows every time. Follow me and you will be saved follow not and you will perish its that simple.
The secret to my success is to go the opposite direction from the mainstream and I find the destination others could not in the twinkling of an eye.

Hold down ALT and press 153 on the numeric keypad for Ö and 148 for ö. In the case of German at least, Gödel sounds sort of like "Gerdel." Just don't draw out the "er" sound, make it abrupt. It's a little tricky for us English speakers.

Freakshow,
The Jesus plan for global renewal, peace and prosperity is simple. I endorse and have used the system for decades with total success, but I did not invent it. Its nothing more than unionizing wages, equal opportunity for jobs and standardizing prices and currency as if we all work for the same company or country. It takes all the deals out of the equation and protects the environment by way of taking profits out of the decision process. No secrets and no favorites, every person works for themself and I expect retirement age of about 40 and a less than 40 hour work week per person or family.
Legally speaking, and I would win this in human rights court, no one has the right to draw lines on the map because the world was given to all for free and is not for sale. Products and services are for sale but basic needs must be free.
Possession of land and control of prices has caused every war. Just because someone was born first and purchased or captured something by force does not mean it was legal to do so. I consider your home to be a product but businesses must be run efficiently for the benefit of all and cannot be owned.
I do not need a banker or a salesman because the Internet, new technology and computers make those functions easy to automate. What I do need are all the jobs filled that do not get done like forest management so they don't catch fire and the resource is used effectively. My fire breaks look like golf courses and fire proof communities, selective cutting rather than clear cutting thins the forest and prevents crowning of fires. Mulch the brush as you go through and start and control fires when needed to enrich the soil. I want scientists and engineers studying everything and giving advice on the best ways to manage the planet and that determines the available jobs, not profits. It gets us doing the right things every time without any concern other than whats best. No more junk products, pick the best ones and make only those. I would guess that a 50% reduction in oil usage and pollution in the first year would be about right and it just gets better from there. Thats it in a nut shell and it takes only a few days to convert to that system.

You do realize Jake that if you were a "Messiah", "God"...whatever you wouldn't need a plan? Lets just pretend were all people with IQs of 10 and believe your basically best person that ever lived, you wouldn't be a god, the god. In any "religion"/"culture", more so the one you seem to be basing your "messiah" from you should be able to solve problems within 0.00000001 of a second. Everything should change instantly, that fast.
So still pretending were morons, that just makes you a incredible person and nothing more.
Now back in the real world though, theres a thing called evidence. You showed evidence for a court case. Can you show proof about these companies you ended up making billions for (which BTW I never heard of a company making that much). Or how about proof for anything you said, and not easy crap like "I am a pro bowler", I mean proof for the big amazing stuff.
Because I searched your name on a few things and don't see it put with anything, not a single thing that looks of amazing miracles pulled of by mortals! Heck to bad my uncle doesn't work at the local PD anymore, I'd as him to look up your name and check for your history. Better yet I wish I could see what the FBI could pull up on you, they can get most anyones full history. Especially yours since after all you have been so popular and saved so many world famous things!
I await your proof, OR your big long speech which avoids the questions as always. And if you avoid it, it should just prove that you can't back up your claims.

Apr 13th, 2006, 9:06 PM
First of all I am not God but I do use the system Jesus recommended and it solves problems so fast that the results are miraculous. I can't tell you how many times I have snapped my fingers and solved problems permanently that other managers and teams of specialists tried for years to resolve. I believe that God assists me, protects, guides and works through me, otherwise I would not be as I am. I should either be dead or in jail based on the defiance against the authorities and the life threatening events I have survived. The FBI and the most powerful judges in Massachusetts are petrified of me because I intend to change the system and put them out of business and they cannot stop me. I started kicking their butt in court when I was 10 and have not let up since.
I have a totally different perspective of this world from an efficiency standpoint. My job for Wonder Hostess in Cleveland Ohio and Natick MA. in addition to production manager was to identify and solve problems and my teams averaged about 300 mechanical resolutions per year in facilities the size of city blocks. That should tell you how chaotic they were if I could even find a thousand problems, I did not perform the mechanical work I just identified the problems drafted plans and assigned the work to the most qualified engineers. In addition to that I was responsible for all formulation, processing, payroll, accounting and employee problems. I am far more capable at resolving problems than all others I have competed against and I was used exclusively in disciplinary actions. Some say you cannot fire union people and yet I have walked about a dozen out the door and never got a complaint from the unions about doing so.
I also received the most capable body from a genetic standpoint and that is proven by my works and that of my family as well. The combination of proper direction and supernatural ability allows me to take on all challenges and know I will come out on top before the competition even starts. I do things no one else even thinks of doing because I am always out side the box looking at the big picture which is made up of many small pictures.
I dug up a few non classified documents that support what I have claimed I did, and my criminal history. I do not have proof of the two court martials I defended my self in or my juvenile record but they were just more of the same things. I designed the automation of 21 jobs in four hours the first time I was asked what I would do to improve the operation and that was after everyone else came up with nothing. I want to work smart not hard and retire people at age 40 or less not 70 staying the course as GW Bush recommends.
The operating system I recommend for this world would solve nearly all Earthly problems in the twinkling of an eye just as I did in the bakeries across the USA that adopted my plans and followed my lead. I have specialized in demonstrating the system to perfection that I endorse which is the Jesus system. You do not need a bible, you need to follow me and then you wont have use for the bible or the false prophets who just make things worse every minute of every day.
Within one week of following my lead this world would be so on track it would never look for a different way. I do the right thing every time and if I make a mistake I will correct it as soon as possible and admit the mistake in writing as I have done several times, which is also on file.

First of all I am not God but I <snip>. I <snip> I <snip> I am. I <snip> I have survived. <snip> I <snip>. I started <snip> I was 10 and have not let up since.
I <snip> I was responsible for all formulation, processing, payroll, accounting and employee problems. I am far more capable at resolving problems than all others I have competed against and I was used exclusively in disciplinary actions. Some say you cannot fire union people and yet I have walked about a dozen out the door and never got a complaint from the unions about doing so.
I <snip>
I-- I-- I... I... I'm-- I'm... aaaauugggghhhh I can't take it anymore!!! :gtfo: :ban:

Hold down ALT and press 153 on the numeric keypad for Ö and 148 for ö. In the case of German at least, Gödel sounds sort of like "Gerdel." Just don't draw out the "er" sound, make it abrupt. It's a little tricky for us English speakers.
Hope that helps. :2thumbs:
Thanks a million. One more dark corner of the universe turned to light... :band:

Oh, and ever heard of Schrödinger's cat?
Yeah. Sometimes it's so crystal clear. Other times, I start to think a little too much... and it hurts. I think I had the same problem with the whole wave/particle duality of light back in the day... But I can easily see why observing say, a photon-sized object would affect it (you know, the photon that I see it with hitting it and such...), but with this uncertainty thing, I sometimes get tempted to think that particles do have a definite position and such; just that we can't know because observing it changes the position/velocity. I think Einstein kind of hoped it was that way; and until I am educated more on quantum stuff, I will have a hard time with it.
