We have a free chat program installed strictly for all AO members and guests. I've noticed many people who spend hours posting. That's great! I spent my past 8 hours reading and posting. But let's invent it again. It creates an opportunity to discuss things quickly and even privately in the sense that we may all have questions for eachother that could be asked and answered more quickly.

Live Chat from the above menu!. You have two options: Pop up and not. Pop up is small, the other is big. You call it. I personally prefer pop up because I can still post and read while chat is happening. No downloaded required, we've made it all easy for the members!

I know many have logged in and seen no one. I'm gonna personally start monitoring as much as I can as I used to in the old days. So, there will always be someone to talk to if we spark this up together.

No installs, all free. No excuse not to try!

For those of you that have issues with the site chat window, I would suggest using an irc client such as Mirc.

It's free but does take some learning, of course I'm happy to make a thread about it to help anyone out with irc issues if need be.

Says on mirc website its free for 30 days and then you have to pay $20 to register it.

It says that but it never enforces such. Once the 30 days goes by you'll keep getting that popup but nothing else will happen.

And if you know a thing or two... you can even get rid of that popup.

I have downloaded Mirc. This may sound stupid but what channel do you connect to. I have tried #AO doesn't seem to work and im on chatnet.org.

You have to connect to the irc.rizon.net network, THEN go to #AO. You're on the wrong network.
