The interviewer is retarded. The guy isn't discussing science, he is discussing politics. Great idea, try make the RESEARCH editor look like an idiot by talking to him about WHY the government doesn't reveal this information. The radio announcer suggests, actually WANTS a corporation to push around the government? *cough*bullshit*cough*
A manipulative line of questioning, doesn't even discuss what the guy was there to talk about for the first half of the interview.

I particularly like the part where the guy starts claiming that they recovered DNA evidence of the alleged hijackers from the molten rubble of the towers! What a fucking idiot! And then the interviewer asks what they had to compare it to! Then he's really fucked! He hadn't thought about that!
The other damning point of interest was when he was claiming that the government had shown him photographs of the damage to WTC7 which have not been released to the rest of the planet! Now what exactly were the government doing showing these photographs exclusively to Popular Mechanics? Is that some kind of favoritism? If so, why? Why show them to Popular Mechanics, but not to the general public who are asking many, many questions, particularly about the collapse of WTC7?
Excellent find. The Popular Mechanics connection reeks of crapola.

I thought the points made about dna and wtc7 were valid, how did they obtain dna to test against?
And why would popular mechanics be privy to photos the public cant see.
It seems pretty odd to me.
