i thought i'd share the recent effects of this full moon(the harvest moon)... starting on the 6th, my daughter placed her hand on the griddle and burnt it, dropped a brick on her toe, my brother and his girlfriend broke up, my mom flipped the car end over end and broke her hand yesterday(imagine the dumbluck involed in that, she has MS, weighs 90-something pounds, and has osteoperosis), and i missed a stone with my stone hammer, chopping into my wrist today at work... anyone else having whacked out episodes??

i was in the brand new elevator in my building heading up to my apartment and i got stuck for an hour. and they called the fuckin firedepartment to get me out ... i was pissed. then on the way into the kitchen this girl i live with left a KNIFE ON THE FLOOR ! razor sharp. huge chunk out of my big toe. But nothing compared to you.

Oh and i got mixed up in some bullshit and said some very demeaning and hurtfulthings to soe one who didnt deserve it. and.. im paying for that with guilt still.

Maybe this should be moved to paranormal?

edit: oh ya, and my GD computer crashed forcing me to reinstall windows; losing EVERY bit of information on my computer.

fyi I tried the vista beta and its very polished. I might be upgrading if there are no major issues with the commercial release.

i don't see why it should've been moved to paranormal... it is part of nature, part of science, part of our solar system, and thru-out history the effects of the moon are innumerable... not to mention the effects of the moon on our planets bodies of water are well documented do to it's gravitational pull, so in this light there can hardly be a dispute that it's gravity effects not only the liquid within our bodies, but other energy about us also... :dork:

I see your point. But I think that the effects of a full moon are still labled as pseudo-science by the Establishment. Even though, today I was talking to a 11th grade history teacher and she swears that the moon effects her students. She's been teaching since we had a Whig in the White House and she swears that all of her kids get a little more psycho around the Harvest Moon. I believe it too.

And also this thread was moved becasue DBA told me to. And I will do everything he wants.
