is it fair to foster foreign children?

Madonna has been told she cannot foster a child form malawi becuase its against there law because she never lived there. But is it fiar to deprives this child of a new life and a new beggining where is will have a loving family and have friends. Even the father said he wants the child to go

The goverment are saying that it is against the rules but there mother is dead and the father is dying it does not deseve to be left homeless. There are reports that he/she is flying to amrica right now with one of madonnas body guards!

Exactly, thats why it is fair. Theres already 1 dead and 1 people in the family dieing lets not make it a possible 3 dead by making the child homeless.

Very true ...... not only should she have adopted (a whole bunch of) kids ...... she should have left a portion of her $400 million dollar fortune there as well ...... that's if she actually gave a damn about those people ......

yes i do think that is fair but will all the fatcat politicians and goverment take all the monay and therefore leaving the children that are homeless with little or none!
