Link Man this isn't good. 13 infected 7 deaths. That's greater than 50% Mortality. If this thing were to go world wide we'd be looking at a 3+ Billion rate of casualties! It would really suck if this and the bird flu merged together. Talk about a global pandemic. One pandemic to rule them all!!!!!

Link Well it appears the US government knows that this thing is going to go global at anytime. It could be the virus that does in 1+ Billion people on the planet. Of course, the planet could stand to loose a Billion plus people as we are over populating the planet.

This article is interesting. So they didn't work with poultry but they lived near a market that sells live poultry? Wait. So the guy has no direct contact with poultry but catches the Bird Flu? His son also comes down with it. So HOW did they contract it by just living near a market that sells live poultry? Something doesn't add up here. I think it's gone human to human and they're just trying to ensure to keep it quiet in the hopes that they will be able to stop the spread without panicking the public.

I have never been a big fan of nuclear energy. So many things that can go wrong and all the waste that has to be stored for ?????? years .
