Forum: Is There a God?

Well its impossible to say weather its for sure or not ... and know one knows fursure weather god exists or not... but how could the vaste majority of humans in this world believe in something or someone that has not once shown his face... and if there is a god WHERE THE FUCK has he been for the past 2000 years ... and why is he permitting this war... one of the coolest things ive heard was that this WAR and all this weather shit thats going on right now "IS GOD" comming down here to punish us all... 1 more thing .... if there is a god ... i dont think that many of us at all are going to heaven ... for instance ... born again christians believe that if u dont believe in jesus... well your going to hell... this is such BS i cant believe there is a religion out there that could possibly be so ARROGANT... i think if there was a god he would not tolorate this form of hate or discrimination.... muslims are no better... for the most part... i cant believe that people are brainwashing there kids into...

I found this website to be quite interesting. No, i dont feel a certain way about this article. I think everyoone can believe what they would like to. Okay you spend your 50 years of your life creating a little robot that cleans your house, fetches your beer, and cheers for your football team. You program it to never grab a light beer because it tastes nasty, one day in the middle of your game you say "Robot fetch beer" and it comes back with a light beer, are you going to smash it and condemn it to the garbage dump or re-program it? If there is a God or not I am not debating, what I debate is how you have to worship, I firmly believe that if you have a good heart, help others, and try to live your life by listening to that little voice in your head that tells you right from wrong, you have fulfilled God's wishes if there is a God, and even if God does not exist at least you lived your life in a loving manner and your future generations will hopefully carry that on. If there is a God and he is the vengeful God some proclaim him to be that God is not for me, I cannot see a loving creator turn and threaten people that where not responsible for...

By posting this, I am as foolish as the member who posted that there is a god. Either statement can't be proven, but it is fun nonetheless to screw with the squares--this includes 'ss'.

A Question for atheists. For something to take me to believe in god is that me and a bunch of other atheists go in a blank room and a god appears before me. Then he gives me my dream computer. He performs a miracle that can't be explainable like he pulls the moon closer or something. Then for the next 10 years, I get what ever I want and also, he kills Dubya with his magical powers.
