Zecharia Sitchin charged by grand jury

Hello. My name is Sam Wilson. I am a new attorney at [Name of firm removed due to request of corporation - PF] (hired two months ago). I am working as staff to a co-counsel in the case. We were hired by Zecharia Sitchin to prepare his defense. A federal grand jury in the Southern District of New York has charged him with five counts of which I will explain:

1. Contempt of Court: He (Sitchin) is charged with violating a court order to hand over documents to the government he is alleged to have used in one of his books

2. False Statements: He is accused of making false statements before a grand jury investigating Rob Solorion and others for fraud

3. Possesion of False Papers: He is charged with making false documents meant to defraud the United States Government

4. Conveying False Information: The charge is saying that Sitchin conveyed false information in his books, amounting to a hoax in violation of the US Code.

5. Advocating Overthrow of US Government: His final charge is telling (advocating) the violent overthrow of the government in a speech in 2005 and more recently in January of this year

I am following this case because I heard during our confrence, that many believe the US government is trying to stop the knowledge of 2012 conspiracies. While I do not personally support that ideal, I still believe this trial should be known (As a working assistant to his lawyers, I am immune to a part of the gag order and can reveal limited information).

Therefore, I have had a blog created to track the trial, as I will be there everyday: See blog here. On Monday, the proceedings opened, and he plead not guilty to all charges. He was able to post bail at $100,000. On September 5th, a hearing on pre-trial motions will occur. And on September 14th, a Preliminary Hearing otherwise known as a probable cause hearing will start. The hearing's purpose is to decide if there is enough evidence to proceed with a trial.

I am being sarcastic. The idea of a conspiracy was said during our pre-trial conference with Sitchin. I think the whole idea is hilarious. However, I was told by my boss to spread the limited amount of information that I am aloud to type up on internet forums (at the request of Sitchin). I am bound by a gag order to type up limited things about documents not under seal. The only public documents include: the indictment and the arraignment. I will post them on here once they are scanned into a PDF file.

Seditious activity (subversion) defined under Title 18, Section 2384 as "[conspiracy] to overthrow, put down, or to destroy by force the Government of the United States, or to levy war against them, or to oppose by force the authority thereof, or by force to prevent, hinder, or delay the execution of any law of the United States, or by force to seize, take, or possess any property of the United States contrary to the authority thereof"

Sitchin is charged under Title 18, Section 2385 that has a slightly different meaning: "the intent to cause the overthrow or destruction of any such government, prints, publishes, edits, issues, circulates, sells, distributes, or publicly displays any written or printed matter advocating, advising, or teaching the duty, necessity, desirability, or propriety of overthrowing or destroying any government in the United States by force or violence, or attempts to do so; or
Whoever organizes or helps or attempts to organize any society, group, or assembly of persons who teach, advocate, or encourage the overthrow or destruction of any such government by force or violence..."

The difference is that seditious activity is more like violent protest while the section he is charged under is that of "advocating". He is charged with writing papers, making assemblies, (etc.) with the intent of advocating the overthrow of the government. The definitions are similar, but are not exactly the same.

No, we are true patriots to question this systematic removal of our liberties, our republic, and the very foundation that is "supposed" to be american life. This war on Terror is bullshit. Its all about profits for the international bankers, it serves also to use "Terror" as a means to coerce the population into relinquishing thier liberties, for the "illusion" of saftey. AS far as his 2012 views...well he believes that another planet that revolves around our sun in a huge orbit of 3600 years or so, is on its way back. The Planet being named "Nibiru" which means the planet of crossing. Nibiru was named, and chronicled by an ancient civilization known as the summarians, of modern day Iraq. of about 6000 Bc if I recall correcty. Its been a while since I have looked at any of this information. Anyways, the Summarians were the first culture to implement mathematics, astrology, medicine...ect ect. The most interesting aspect of the summarian part of this "theory" was thier advanced knowledge of the solar system, its been said that they knew of far reaching planets (pluto), and the distances in between the planets. Oddly enough they had 12 planets. The sun and our moon being "planets" to them, but also documented Nibiru.

In theory this "planet" ( others claim its a brown dwarf star) comes close enough to earth during its passing that its magnetic field will be devastating to the planets in our solar system. Resulting ultimatly in the geophystical pole shift of our planet. Warming, increased volcanic activity, earthquakes, Tsunamis ect. It is also said to be posible for Nibiru to collide with us completely.

And something of this nature if it were true of course it would be in the best interests of any government to hide these "facts" to the public. Seeing how there would be no way to stop such an event society as a whole would tend not to operate properly. It would cause mass panic, economic collapse, among other things.

Indeed it is worth investigating, to my surprise the whole idea of the planets "return" would in fact explain alot of whats going on in the world today. The change in the Chandler wobble of the earth, the warming, the storms, earthquakes, volcanos, the warming on the other planets, the huge dust strom that covererd the entire planet of mars, the changing of Jupiter's eye (storm)

And again, if this were true, well there is nothing that can be done about it. So of course the world leaders would want to keep a hush hush on this.

Many believe that I am the attorney for this criminal proceeding. I am not. I am assisting an attorney in the case, so while I am helping prepare the defense, I was not personally hired. I will not argue the case. This blog was made at the request of my boss who is the actual attorney. Now if a law firm is involved with Zecharia Sitchin then there has to be something going on which is being kept very quite.

I smell manipulation all over this and that can’t be good.

Uh, not really. If Sitchen has enough money to hire a competent firm to defend him, I don't see why he wouldn't, regardless of whether he's guilty or not. Besides, the reason the firm contacted us in the first place was because they claimed they weren't involved with Sam Wilson or Zecharia Sitchin, so there's really no guarantee there is a firm involved in the first place.

Granted, they found the site pretty quickly. But for all I know, they have an intern google the firm name every week or so to watch for quotes from the press. I really have no idea how law firms handle this kind of thing, but a high-powered one would probably know to keep its ear to the ground.
