Take yesterdays leftover spaghetti and use some olive oil and fry it..then add the sauce..like a beef stew or a chili...this actually tastes better the next day, trust me. ;)

I will actually make spaghetti the night before so I can eat it fried the next night for dinner.

I fry it in butter though :P

I do a mix of olive oil and butter sometimes. I found when I used butter alone it burned off to quick and left it a little sticky. But hey, it's spice for the recipe, to quote Smash Mouth, lol.

Well I guess my butter doesn't burn off too quickly because I use about three tablespoons per bowl fried :P NOT recommended for diabetics or those of non-Scandinavian/Dutch descent.

To keep it from getting sticky try using a bit of sauce while frying it as well.

I'm going to try olive oil next time though to see what it tastes like.

I'm horrible though, I eat globs of butter and lingonberry jam on crisp bread all of the time. Mmmm....butter....

uuuuummmmmm butter. I love butter fried spaghetti.

But try this. I use olive oil at the beginning then throw in the butter towards the end. The butter flavor stays longer without the sticking part..

Uuuuuummmm Fried Spaghetti. I am hungry!

    As always!

From someone who used to throw 'deep fry' parties... You can deep fry anything and yes, it makes everything better. :)
