From Dust to Man: A Scientific Proof

They alleged that the creation of Adam is an ‘anti-scientific nonsense’, and God did not create Adam from a handful of dust, like the Bible says. To my readers, see how these blatant liars are ‘wrestling’ the words of the Bible. Their allegation and their pre-conceived idea are not written in the Bible. Nowhere in the Bible can you find a verse that Adam was created by God from a handful of dust. What is written is recorded in Genesis 2:7, which says:

“And the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul.”

While it is true that God created man from the dust of the ground, the phrase “handful of dust” is absent in the verse! It is conceived it the minds of these perverts. Be that as it may, the information in the Bible is scientific! Granting, without accepting, that there is such a thing as a ‘handful of dust’, whose hands will be the measuring hands for the dust that God will use in the formation of Adam? People who cremate the dead have an idea of how much dust will be left of the human body after cremation. I am sure it is not a sack of dust; but very close to a handful — depending on the hands that holds them. And why is it scientific? God made man from the dust; and when his body dies it decomposes and turns again to dust.

(Genesis 3:19) “In the sweat of thy face shalt thou eat bread, till thou return unto the ground; for out of it wast thou taken: for dust thou art, and unto dust shalt thou return.”



What are the scientific proof that man’s body came from the dust of the ground, as the Bible says? The human body is made up of materials and minerals found on the surface of the ground, and not from the core of the earth. Oxygen, being the most abundant element on the earth’s crust or on the ground, makes up 65 percent of the human body, and carbon, also abundant on the top soil of the ground, is 18 percent, and hydrogen is 10 percent. The 59 elements found in the human body are all found on the earths crust. This is amazing because what the Bible says perfectly match the scientific composition of a human body.



The ignorance of these ‘imaginary people’ in what the Bible says betrays their alleged intelligence and knowledge in science. Of course, the human body is not made up only of dust, but God mixed the dust to water to produce clay.

(Job 10:9) “Remember, I beseech thee, that thou hast made me as the clay; and wilt thou bring me into dust again?”

(Romans 9:20-21) “Nay but, O man, who art thou that repliest against God? Shall the thing formed say to him that formed it, Why hast thou made me thus? Hath not the potter power over the clay, of the same lump to make one vessel unto honor, and another unto dishonor?”

The mixture is clay, understandably contains more water than dust. Who says that the information in the Bible is scientifically nonsense? They are the one’s that are nonsensical, and not the Bible!

The exact proportion of the minerals and materials, if maintained, make up a healthy human body (http://www.emory.edu/EMORY_REPORT/er...21_98Size.html). Excesses in these materials will cause disorders and diseases. Excess of aluminum, for example, and iron, will be toxic for the human body. The proportions of the abundance of the 59 elements on the earths crust, is amazingly represented in its presence in the human body. Who says that the Bible is not scientific? These ‘imaginary and anti-scientific people’!

Johm, here's why this is retarded. EVERY SINGLE PIECE OF MATER IN THE UNIVERSE IS MADE OUT OF THE VERY SAME 112 OR SO ELEMENTS. And almost EVERYTHING you see on this planet is made out of only a small amount of different atoms. Most things are made up of only about 6 or 7 atoms, as your diagram shows.

And as far as the chemical make up of humans and the Earth, if life CAME from the chemicals present IN THE EARTH, do you believe it is possible for life to be made up of something different?

The fact of the matter is that the people of that time noticed that human beings rot. The entire ecosystem of the planet depends on the fact that biological matter rots and is returned to the system. ALL life can be said to be "made of dust" if you take it in such a general meaning.

Therefore the Biblical story makes NOTHING of a prediciton because that sort of prediction is no different than me saying that a tiger is made out of elements.

Since ALL life is made up of this "dust," why didn't the Bible say that ALL life was made from the dust? That's right, believe it or not, we are made up of the same elements as most other life forms... who'd have thought, huh?

Speaking of life as we know it- and according to you, life on earth is the most advanced so therefore we need only consider this planet- all life as we know it on earth was dependent on water to form and is dependent on water to live.

I do not have the technical lingo at hand to explain it, but basically it is because the properties of water cause it to form bonds with hydrogen, which gives it a cohesiveness. It is related to the molecules. It creates links; this linkage allows for a sort of "communication" and blending of various properties that might otherwise never of been able to combine.
Also, compared to other substances occurring naturally, water takes a lot of energy to heat. The temperature along the coasts are always more stable than those inland because there is more moisture in the air. Tiny and developing organisms do not generally thrive well when there are large fluctuations of temperature.

This is one reason why when looking for planets that may be supporting life, scientists generally begin by looking for water.

Some do suggest that life could develop on distant planets without water, and that our understanding of how life develops is limited to our unlearned perspective. But as mentioned, that wouldn't matter if you do not believe there could possibly be other forms of life than what God has created here on earth.

So that is why God could not have possibly created Adam from dust alone.

Tell me exactly what is the process and basis YOU have. You proved absolutely nothing by even the most loose definition of the word "proof". You cited Genesis and showed two graphs of the compositions of the Earth's crust and the human body. Too bad you are too much of an ignoramus to realize your own graphs are working against you. If humans were made directly from the earth's crust then we would have the same composition proportions. Your own graphs show that that is not the case. So clearly there is much more going on than just simply animating a bunch of clay.

The bible is not a science book and should not be treated as such. In order for it to be considered a scientific resource on the origin of life it would have to talk, in detail, about formation of amino acids, creation of proteins, RNA....etc. It does exactly none of those things. So stop using it as a fucking science book.

You can post whatever you want, but when you start bringing science into the discussion and start talking about "proofs" without any legitimate supporting evidence, than expect to be called out on it. There is always someone around here willing to check your facts and sources. In other places you might get away passing scripture as science, but not here. I suggest you look up the scientific method and read about what a scientific proof entails. You started a thread talking about a scientific proof, but presented nothing even remotely close to one.
