What is the best religion?

In the modern world, which do you think answers our problems best?

The point is. Each problem is an problem on its own. There is no religion that solves all of them.
Christianity might give better advice for this. Islams advice might be better for the other problem. But both fail to give as good advice for problem X as paganism.

But the only one that can really solve your problem is you. Not god, Allah or Gaia.
So the perfect religion for you should be one that you created yourself from what you believe is right or wrong.
Not one that was made by someone else.

TRUE and TRUE again iulian28ti your word is short but meaningful and thats a real rep.. it's a real headaches but is worth to understand the branches of it I do not understand it well but it is a nice topic dig deeper. just enjoy life and live well along too. because this world is deteriorating also.

I agree, but what is wrong with Gaia ? Gaia is not a God, nor a religion.

I've studied most of the major Religions and continuously keep re-reading all the Holy Texts ..... I find them all quite beautiful, and they often reflect whatever you want to see, either good or bad, which is what can/does make them so dangerous .....

But my vote for the "best" Religion (if there is such a thing ?) would have to be Buddhism

There are many different branches and schools of thought within it, but they all fit well with my views on Science, History and Human Nature and seem to have much less which could be misconstrued and/or manipulated for evil intent

It isn't perfect by any means ..... but then nothing is, not even me !!

You know some people think of their martial arts practice as something like a religion, as it becomes a way of life and thinking; an altered mindset...
then again it is not like a religion in and of itself because there is not worship of a deity involved.
But there is tons of respect involved for the natural elements.)
Kung Fu actually evolved from shamanistic practice. That is why there are the animal forms.
