The rich and powerful are not your enemies
Love thy neighbor. Those who hate the powerful and wealthy have nothing but a jealous hatred because God has shown them favor. Sin no more and God will bring equality to your house.

I've never read that verse lol.
But I prefer my version:
Shoot thy neighbor. Those who shoot the powerful and wealthy have a big f*cking gun. Shoot some more and God will stock your house with holy hand grenades.
I love being random.

Blah blah, bible stuff.
Hatred is not a sin, it's an emotion.
Same thing with anger. Read my previous posts.
It creates problems when it becomes pathologic and stresses you, lowering your efficiency.
That's the whole thing.
I prefer: Give Neighbor a chance, then shoot him.
Hey, quoting CT, "generalizations are generally incorrect".
You can't say all rich people are bad, but you can surely observe which ones are.
And shoot them, then redistribute their wealth.

How about an unbiblical source:
"Fear is the path to the dark side. Fear leads to anger. Anger leads to hate. Hate leads to suffering. I sense much fear in you. "
Anyone who believes that hate only lowers your efficiency and that is it's summation is mistaken. Just ask the victims of Harris and Klebold, two youths who obviously nurtured the "emotion" hatred until it spawned action. Their victims would definitely think your definition is sugar-coating it.

Sorry. But I always preferred the clear logic of the dark side.

Most people become wealthy because of hard work, good instincts, and shrewd money management, none of which have anything to do with blessing from a higher power.
Even if you consider your very own intelligence and intuition to be a "higher power", as I do, what you do with it is a matter of self determination.
So I agree no need to hate anyone for being rich and powerful, certainly.
My hatred, for instance, is reserved for those who abuse their wealth and power at the expense of innocents."The Alice-in-Wonderland nature of this pronouncement is not lost on me..."

Yes, that is not healthy or productive in any way to resent someone simply because they have achieved something you want but have not acquired for yourself.
Energy could be better spent addressing our own shortcomings instead of focusing envy on others.
Don't you think envy comes from a sense of insecurity?

And still, anger and hate are natural states, signaling something's wrong within, or outside the person.
They're alarm signals, giving the opportunity to change things without using directly to the reptilian methods.
Think what would happen if the above wouldn't exist. We would go directly to the killing part.
Fear is a good thing sometimes. Kennedy did not push the button, did he?

iulian28ti,
Why not just learn to not fear and avoid the hatred part altogether? Then you have peace.

I do not have any experience with whores, so I wouldn't know about that!
Probably I will be "rich" one day. I plan to use my wealth to help people and learn more, travel.
*edit
to answer your next question
Hate is a strong word, but it is difficult not to hate really cruel people.
To counter cruel people, I think more people should do good things for others, instead of doing nothing but sitting around and wishing it wasn't so. (The problems, I mean. They won't fix themselves)
Every kind act is another little light lit."The Alice-in-Wonderland nature of this pronouncement is not lost on me..."

lol UV at that pic.
Rich people, at least the super rich usually aren't nice and loving people. Yes there are rich people like that but I've rarely seen them. They all have their dark sides and they got where they are by cheating, stealing, lying...etc.
I point out two people like this... Bill Gates, Donald Trump.
Most will agree with Trump. But I know alot will disagree about Gates but that just goes to show what a good over he puts over himself. Being rich is like being a good cars salesman. You look friendly but your actually a asshole underneath and you either make it really visible or your really good at covering it up to most people.
Gates at least started good and no hes pretty much a dick. Well although hes retired you might say. People think just because someone gives to charity that makes them a saint. Well if Satan gives to charity and builds schools does that mean hes forgiven? lol.

Now have you actually met and spent personal time with either Trump or Gates?

Not I, but I do use Gates' operating system and anyone who creates something that tries to be the proprietary system on ones computer even when you would like associated alternatives, definitely has a control agenda. Gates has to donate large sums of money to get tax write offs.
Trump is such a lousy investor that he can bankrupt a casino, yet people believe in him.

Trying to suppress it will only make it stronger, and will be harder to accept it. Yes, accepting it is the best way. Accept it and move to the next level, where you know to avoid activating it.
But first you have to know about it. Self knowledge is the key to ascension/evolution.

Your read, watch....investigate enough people and you see how they are. He can be the best lets say... father in the world but it doesn't mean anything. Like I said just because someone is one way or does something nice on one side doesn't mean they are a nice person. Lets say a guy named bob was on these forums and was the nicest guy ever. I mean you couldn't even insult him he was so nice. But outside the forums we find out hes a rapist. Does that mean we should like him beacuse we think hes nice here.
Really there is no such thing as a perfect person. No one 100% nice and no one is 100% evil....ok I take that back there are 100% evil people. But there are no 100% nice people. If anyone says they are they are lying to you and themselves.
As for spending time with trump. Trump endorses corporate espionage, lying, being mean to people....etc. Basically stuff that would make him "not nice".
Gates? Thats an endless list.
