Afghanistan mission close to failing - US
And now we send war ships in what maybe another conflict!
America is on a suicide mission i say what will be the outcome in the end!
After six years of US-led military support and billions of pounds in aid, security in Afghanistan is "deteriorating" and President Hamid Karzai's government controls less than a third of the country, America's top intelligence official has admitted.
Lets admit we have lost the war against terror!

Its a long way from lost but you are not able to fight it with the gun. The real battle ground is in the mind. Conflicting ideologies.
You can never force your will over another for long. To lead you need to get the others to follow because they wish to.Blessings in the name of my Lord Jesus Christ who came in the flesh and now sits at the right hand of our God on high.

So true. You can attempt to use brute force to crush a population and force it into a box you've made for them but it simply does not work. The Afghanistans first had to deal with the Russians, then the Warlords took over and they were so bad they turned to the Taliban - people don't just disappear or capitulate, they turn to something else, which unfortunately, can mean something worse or more extreme than what they had before. Now what can be done there to fix things, I haven't any idea.

Forget the tanks, send in tractors and irrigation equipment.

this war isn't failing...it's been a failure the minute US Soldiers began to die. On top of that they haven't found Bin Laden, and executed the bastard. Until that happens, this thing will always be a failure.

Yes, to the poppy fields, because that's all they know how to grow, and the only crop that makes them a decent living. Since the NATO invasion, poppy production has soared and cheap heroin has flooded the streets of America, with billions in additional tax dollars required to hire more police and build more prisons, as a result.
The real truth is, we've probably lost 3 or 4 times more people than on 911, due to the cheaper heroin, but you'll never hear the False Prophet(electronic media) tell the rest of that story.
It's criminal to allow these people to spread their poison to the rest of the world, in exchange for more stability. If "religion is the opiate of the masses," then NATO is the new religion of the opiate dealer.
