You know, there was a time I was interested in cutting back. The only way I could do this was to bring a certain number of smokes with me to work. That, and not take so many smoke breaks.
Funny how that guy kept pronouncing it "nigatine".

I used to smoke well over a pack a day until we decided to cut back. It takes determination...but, we stopped smoking in the house and in the car. Not sitting
and letting them burn while I'm on the computer helped a lot. I'm back to like 4-5 a day
just after meals and one before bed. Worked for us.

That's awesome, Davey. Isn't it funny how when you cut back a lot, you seem to enjoy a cigarette much, much more when you do have one?

I used to smoke in my car and stuff years ago. One time, I went to flick ashes out the window while I was going over 60 on the freeway. My cigarette flew into the back seat. Ever since, I've stopped smoking in my car AND my place. Not smoking in the car was an excellent decision. My job sometimes has me driving long distances...and I know I can't have a smoke until I get where I'm headed. Gotten really used to it.

Perfectionist I notice that you are from the UK like myself. Over here we can get a new pill, on prescription from your GP, called CHAMPIX that you take for 12 weeks that helps you if you want to quit the habit.
I quit over 4 weeks ago and have not felt like a cigarette at all during that time, so it iswell worth asking about. Before I quit I smoked about 30 a day, even chain-smoked Superkings during breaks at work.
