ol pakistan is shooting at US troops. They cannot seem to get along with India, the US, or their own people.

yes, they should probably stop harboring suicide bombers and those that kill US and UK troops. If they continue, the CIA and every country around them may have to step in and put a new military leader in power as was done before.
In 4th genration warfare - of which the US/UK/Israel are the masters, national borders that the terrorists hide behind are dealt with covertly. (note the civil unrest in Pakistan..."group fighting group")
..side note - the Web Bot guys think Pakistan is the place to watch..mentioned this during the georgian fake war.

Who said anything about a war? (in the conventional sense) That is quite an inductive leap from "covert" operations that keep the population at odds with one another and then implant an acceptable regime- which is what was stated.

I'm pretty sure the definition of war has changed alot in the last 8 years, and any pakistani, or intelligent american will see this as a new war.

The tables have turned then.
America will say its to do with th war on terror we are here to help give world peace!
At the end of the the day the so called president has just made the situation worser.
America may be finished?
Would this have come about anyway if the russian georgian conflict had ever occured.
I woud say that now this retaliation has occured would America not be concerned on the siding with the taliban, the other with the threat of terrorists taking control of pakistans nukes.
India on the other hand may now have something to say as they are allys of America.
I do see some confrontation sooner or later dont you?
I still have to ask if russia may have some influence considering most are willing to help them.
Its a fight against the American politics and not the country, its not the country that is the problem but the some of the people or the leaders.
Final note do you think that the possibility of a nuclear threat is getting closer?

The threat is why americans are willing to risk confrontation. Even Russia is leary of muslim terroristic fanaticism. The "horrible" american leaders are trying to keep nuclear holocaust at bay.
The situation is getting serious in spite of varying opinions of right or wrong.
If i were India i would be tired of seeing innocent children being blown up by terrorists hiding in and perhaps supported by Pakistan.
Of all countries that actually could have taken over the world there is only one that did not try-America.
Much like Israel does not when it can -as oppossed to Iran which would if it could.

When America begins to break down which is looking that way, then they turn to desperation?
There is no way with a leader like bush that he will ever back down and will take even greater risks for the sakes of the nation.
That time may just be upon us now that the banks have broken down.
The storm the recession are two subjects that now springs to mind which may tip us over,America wants to stay in power anyone else becomes a threat?
Why the storms you ask simple we are already in a poor state and getting poorer by the day, then comes along mr bush who wants a confrontation with everyone else.
The country seems to be in the midst of collapsing at the same time dragging everyone else down with them.

I think i can see what your implying in so far as metaphor. One psychological interpretation of "water" (in dreams) is that it represents the unconscious.
I have seen panic at the pumps- and during these storms-
ol america is resilient however.
