Transformation of Consciousness as Messianic Age: A Kabbalistic View
Transformation of Consciousness as Messianic Age: A Kabbalistic View
Jay Michaelson
Millennialist predictions vary as to what the transformations of 2012 are meant to be. For some, 2012 represents The End of the World, the apocalypse, the destruction of society, or even life as we know it. For others, 2012 represents an inflection point in human consciousness, a tipping point at which our age's accelerating growth in spiritual consciousness suddenly wins out over its equally perilous growth in material chaos and devastation.
In fact, this distinction -- whether the "next age" is about spiritual transformation or material destruction -- has long been a part of Western apocalyptic thinking. The latter tradition is better known: the Rapture, the End Times, the Apocalypse. However, the former tradition is also present in Christianity, Islam, and Judaism. In this essay, I want to share with you some of the Jewish traditions on the "spiritual view" of global transformation, and explore how it may indeed be underway today.

Seriously, I wish I could find the writings, but I think "2012" happened in 1986...
maybe 84, somewhere in there.
People reckoned the date wrong. Of course with all the expectation built up over it, *something* might happen, but how much will only be because people expect something to, so they unconsciously are setting it up?
Then again, the world didn't end in 2000 like it was supposed to, either.
Oh well.

Without using any dates, and just observing the environment, its clear that there will be an end to life on this planet sometime in the very near future.
Einstein said we would have 4 years to live after the honeybees started to die off, but who's Einstein anyways...

My trial was originally scheduled for the first open court date after Jan 1 2000 but was postponed by the prosecution until Feb 24 & 25 2,000 when the Romansof Massachusetts put a man who claims to be the Messiah on trial and attempted to crucify me for standing against the mainstream Christians and Jews who the corrupt judges protect. I knew I would win that war before it was even declared because I always win in court while demonstrating my supernatural abilities and superior legal knowledge. I have smashed every weapon and warrior that has been used against me and my weapon comes out of my mouth, legally. Everyone fears me but that is not my intention I am here to save you from yourselves.
I am not sure what has happened to the honey bees but if it it is linked to cell phones and RF signals then they will outlawed unless you have a special permit.Last edited by Jake99; Mar 27th, 2009 at 12:19 AM.
