Flying Robot Penguins

These robots fly autonomously. They learn the environment with sensing equipment and adjust their path accordingly. Helium helps them fly. consider how much of the 'kid's toys' of today would have been CIA kept secrets only 25 years ago ...
it won't take long and soon all of us might have one (or more) of these things just floating around, but Doing stuff (like mobile WiFi antennae or air purification filters or even webcams for room to room views).
