Saw this guy on the news. CNN I think. He fired off the rail gun for the cameras. Pretty cool.

Very interesting site, except I couldnt understand what formula or level of math is to be used in order to understand some of the equations mentioned to explain how rail gun works.
This makes me wonder the thought of how much potential technology can go. Think it is possible for light sabers anytime soon?
