It's been suggested that USAF have skewed the results, making the F-15 look worse than it is, in order to speed up the acquisition of the new F-22 Raptor. Sort of "Look these Goddam F-15's ain't no good no more, we need these shiny new planes - FAST".

I'm getting the same as bigmurph- how can the older Mig-21's suddenly be better? -Unless they are implying that our pilots aren't as good as they used to be...

I'd venture to guess the USAF has fighter jets we dont yet know about that would dance circles around any mig anyday.
