Never satisfied!!!
No matter how many times you masturbate, how many times you drink alcohol, or anything else, you'll never be satisfied. You lift up what you love on a pedestal making an idol out of it.
These things are of the world, and those who love the world are enemies of the LORD! (James 4:4)
I love Jesus, He is worthy of my praise, so I give Him my life! I deserve hell for my transgressions against the Holy just God, but JESUS CHRIST! Jesus Christ, is the Way, the Truth, the Life!
You will never have peace or be satisfied with the things of this world, and the lusts of the FLESH and Worshipping Man and the SELF! Its EVIL. It is empty!
Man in the last days:
Our own works of righteousness are FILTHY in the sight of God, there is nothing we can do to please Him!2 Timothy 3
1 This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come.
2 For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy,
3 Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good,
4 Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God;
5 Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away.
6 For of this sort are they which creep into houses, and lead captive silly women laden with sins, led away with divers lusts,
7Ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth.
8Now as Jannes and Jambres withstood Moses, so do these also resist the truth: men of corrupt minds, reprobate concerning the faith.
9But they shall proceed no further: for their folly shall be manifest unto all men, as their's also was.
But Jesus gave you a way! You must die to sin! TRUST IN JESUS, JESUS CHRIST! Let Him take your life!
^ Read all of the above, and take heed! The time is now! ^

If you're not satisfied after masterbating you're obviously are doing it wrong. ;o)
But the bible does state it is better to place your seed in the belly of a whore than to spill it on the ground... or that sock in you nightstand.
EDIT:
It really doesn't say whore but it was Onan's brother's wife belly

People make these declarations, but I've been quite satisfied numerous times in my life, and I've been quite UNSATISFIED numerous times when I was "seeking God" in the Christian church, so... I guess none of the (hundreds of) churches I attended throughout my life were actually representative of the True Christ.
Of course, it is pretty hard to "find God" when every group of Christians you ever met is indistinguishable from any other group of people except on the single area of faith proclamation... - this SCREAMS into your ears that it's bullshit.
And the excuse is always, "I'm saved by grace" or "I'm only human, but Christ, he's the real deal." Spare me such bullshit. If you really knew God you would live differently, period. Every day. I wouldn't see you doing the same shit everyone else is doing. I wouldn't see you losing your cool in frustration. I wouldn't see you lashing out at people.
This applies generally, since I have yet to see a Christian who actually looks and acts like they've been touched by God when the going gets tough."I was put on trial twice near Y2K for acting like Jesus and claiming to be the Messiah. Its not everyday that a man parks a Chariot of Fire in front of a tomb and stands against the US government with a bow and razor tipped arrows over his shoulder. I wore a suit of armor and was protected by an invisible bubble and my sharp tongue was more than the judicial system could handle."Jake

Wait, drinking water is evil now.No matter how many times you masturbate, how many times you drink alcohol, or anything else, you'll never be satisfied. You lift up what you love on a pedestal making an idol out of it.

Actually, I can understand this because we all have this huge hole that we are trying to fill up. Think about it. All the vices of men really are geared toward filling a void of some sort or another.
Just look at all the things that make the most money in this world and you will see that Goldmoon isn't too far off course here. If those things really filled a person up, and made them content for any length of time then the breweries, and all the businesses dealing with sex stuff would be put out of business.
Neither do men put new wine into old bottles

Never filled. But those filled with the spirit don't need anything else, completely satisfied forever.
Born again. We gotta try and help our fellow man, Jesus does save. And His joy is unbelievable.
Which is also why we stand here, and cry out His name, shout for His glory in the streets! Glory, Praise, and Power to Him forever!

I guess that would explain why those people allegedly filled with the spirit still buy new houses, cars, boats, video games, music, tasty food, have sex, etc just like the rest of us.
That's all well and good, but if you want to convert anyone you have to prove that underneath all the religious fluff you REALLY ARE different from them. Of course, that isn't ALL you have to do, but it is definitely the MINIMUM REQUIREMENT."I was put on trial twice near Y2K for acting like Jesus and claiming to be the Messiah. Apr 21st, 2010 6:45 AM #10I find it boring now that I've had sex. Just like I now find porn boring. Real woman and real sex beats staring at a lifeless pic fapping away. >.>If you're not satisfied after masterbating you're obviously are doing it wrong. ;o)
AO is about one thing. Going around in loops. No one cares to learn, they only care to live inside their boxes and ignore the truth!

In the last days, man is consumed by the desires of the flesh, and the self. Its all about pleasure and money.
Just as said in 2 Timothy 3:
1 Know this also, that in the last days there will be very difficult times.
2 For people will love only themselves and their money. They will be boastful and proud, scoffing at God, disobedient to their parents, and ungrateful. They will consider nothing sacred.
3 They will be unloving and unforgiving; they will slander others and have no self-control; they will be cruel and have no interest in what is good.
4 They will betray their friends, be reckless, be puffed up with pride, and love pleasure rather than God.
"He who calls on the name of the Lord, shall be saved."

wtf are you doing having sex outside of marriage AssX?
And after I finally got real pussy I still liked jerking off. Wtf? Naturally things like phone sex or cam sex is better, but if you can't have any of that and you can't get real sex, then spanking it is a decent substitute. I mean, nearly every time I get laid I will jerk off to that memory within like 24-48 hours... wtf"I was put on trial twice near Y2K for acting like Jesus and claiming to be the Messiah. Even in Sheol
Even in Sheol
Oh, my soul in its wretchedness,
as vice after vice it does demand.
Always searching for completion
But forever finding itself wanting
Behemoth comes from the arid land
Promises of fulfillment thus in hand
I accept the feast spread before me
As the banquet becomes the famine
Ashima comes with a song of despair
With hopelessness as the daily fare
Accepting my fate, I become trapped
Chains have then become my dwelling
On my knees, my soul in a broken state
Hopeless. Nothing has proven to satisfy
A very cruel guide my soul has become
For the stronghold cannot be undone
It is in the state of complete desperation
That a flicker of hope rises in my heart
There is no place that I can lay my head
That He will not be..Alas, Even in Sheol.
Psalm 139:8
Psa 139:4 For there is not a word in my tongue, but, lo, O LORD, thou knowest it altogether.
Psa 139:5 Thou hast beset me behind and before, and laid thine hand upon me.
Psa 139:6 Such knowledge is too wonderful for me; it is high, I cannot attain unto it.
Psa 139:7 Whither shall I go from thy spirit? or whither shall I flee from thy presence?
Psa 139:8 If I ascend up into heaven, thou art there: if I make my bed in hell, behold, thou art there.
Psa 139:9 If I take the wings of the morning, and dwell in the uttermost parts of the sea;
Psa 139:10 Even there shall thy hand lead me, and thy right hand shall hold me.
Psa 139:11 If I say, Surely the darkness shall cover me; even the night shall be light about me.
Psa 139:12 Yea, the darkness hideth not from thee; but the night shineth as the day: the darkness and the light are both alike to thee.
Psa 139:13 For thou hast possessed my reins: thou hast covered me in my mother's womb.
Psa 139:14 I will praise thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made: marvellous are thy works; and that my soul knoweth right well.
Psa 139:15 My substance was not hid from thee, when I was made in secret, and curiously wrought in the lowest parts of the earth.
Psa 139:16 Thine eyes did see my substance, yet being unperfect; and in thy book all my members were written, which in continuance were fashioned, when as yet there was none of them.
Psa 139:17 How precious also are thy thoughts unto me, O God! how great is the sum of them!Neither do men put new wine into old bottles

I really think that gratitude is the key. We have so much in our lives that is good and life sustaining, and it seems that often don't recognize such things. And instead focus on our lack, our insecurities and shortcomings. Of course our consumerist culture contributes to this condition tremendously. It's good to take a few moments every day to recount the good things we have in our lives. Really, when you look at most of the way the world lives, we on this board are fabulously well off!
The way to stem the dissatisfaction, which we are conditioned to cultivate, is to practice gratitude daily. I'm sure there's plenty said about this in the bible as well, as it is a karmic guide.
The gifts or blessings of life are always there but if we are not aware of them, they don't do much for us. That is where gratefulness comes in. Gratefulness makes us aware of the gift and makes us happy. As long as we take things for granted they don't make us happy. Gratefulness is the key to happiness. Practicing gratitude is so central to my spirituality.

Apr 28th, 2010 1:40 PM #19http://www.catholiccincinnati.org/in...tent&task=viewThanksgiving is an important element of the Old Testament. In fact, it would not be excessive to say that the whole Old Testament is an expression of gratitude because the whole Old Testament is the account of the Lord's wondrous deeds for His people. The very telling of the story of salvation is a proclamation, a confession of thanksgiving.
The next most important expressions of gratitude in the Old Testament are the psalms, a collection of sacred songs that constituted a manual of spirituality for the Jewish people, and which has been taken on as the official prayer collection of the Church. The book of psalms includes songs of thanksgiving for individuals, songs of thanksgiving for the community, songs of praise, and songs of confession of God's kingship. Almost all the psalms resound with gratitude. The psalms present a whole armory of prayers with which Jewish and Christian believers alike have expressed their awareness of God's goodness and their thankful response to it.
Then there is the New Testament. The Greek word root (eucharisto) which most narrowly and specifically signifies thanksgiving occurs no fewer than 61 times in the New Testament. If we include roots for other words related to thanksgiving, words like praise, confession, and glorification the number of occurrences will be much greater. Being grateful has a significant role to play in the New Testament.
The primary model of giving thanks in the New Testament is Jesus himself. We see Him giving thanks, i.e., acknowledging the goodness of His Father, when He fed large crowds with a few loaves (e.g., Matthew 15:36; John. 6:11). In John 11:41 Jesus offers thanks to His Father for hearing His prayer at the raising of Lazarus. All three synoptic Gospels (Matthew, Mark and Luke) show Jesus giving thanks at the Passover supper the night before His arrest (Matthew 26:27; Mark 14:23; Luke 22:17). Being grateful to the Father was part of Jesus' personal spirituality.

Cartesian you actually hit a good point. Not eveyone that goes to church and claims Jesus is God is a Christian or saved. When you are saved God will write the law in your heart and he will make a new creature of you says the bible. If someone says he is a christian and his life says otherwise tahts a big red flag. Now its clear Cartesian that you have not been saved. You need to repent and believe. You need to ask God to save you if you truly want him. How do you know if he has saved you? your life will bear fruit.
I constantly went to church, every sunday. prayed, read the bible sometimes, but still was in bondage with sin, still a slave to it. It was until I came to a point that after hearing a sermon and realizing that im nothing without him and simply letting go of everything that I found the truth, and the truth set me free and I was saved at that moment.
