Voice of the False Teacher
False teachers existing within "professing" christianity draw, attract, and control with the following primary and significant misleading precepts. They then insert their cult like designs to deceive the unlearned and the unwary away from the truth:
1.Salvation by works
2.Removal and replacement of national ethnic Israel presented in scriptural prophecy
3.Refutation of the Lord's pre-tribulation "rapture"
4.Induced pseudo-sensual experiences in their worship services
5.Proprietary and exclusive membership for the followers
6.Packaged unrealistic psychological treatments and remedies that partakers can use to improve their self directed lives by following
Once convinced, the followers can then be led astray with all sorts of fabricated falsehoods including those that can result in the loss of one's own salvation.
Many false teachers impose legalisms for controlling the membership, remove national Israel from future prophetic fulfillment, eliminate the Lord's pre-tribulational immortalizing of the believer, attract with false manifestational experiences, and claim the exclusivity of the teacher's dogmas.
All of this is done in order to insert and sell the deceptions by those who come in the name of Jesus Christ to capture the unlearned and the unwary. Those who do this sort of thing are legion today and they have infested the professing church for the purpose of attracting attention, spreading deceptions, causing division, and promoting self gain.
There are also a number of related current movements within the scope of professing christianity that need to be exposed for what they are. The methodology used is to develop a system of self serving desires that most humans seek and then to scripture pick the Bible for those verses that support the presentation .... the appeals of “be all that you can be”, “seek the purpose driven life”, “name it and claim it”, and prosperity styled gospels are all examples of psycho-babel
Investigation of this practice will reveal that much of it involves arbitrary extraction of verses presented away from the completed context and overview of the Bible
This behavior fosters a piece meal and fragmented picture of biblical truth that is of extreme subjection and vulnerability to the introducing of grave error and heresy packaged with a “christian fronting”
The next step is to formulate Internet sites, books, and study guides for use by unsuspecting individuals and organizations for use in place of the Bible
The appeal is usually a psychological persuasion for the offering of peace, prosperity, happiness, and a life that is self directed and impervious to hardships and difficulties .... a "magic cure" for the human condition
The false promises are the attractions used by the clever presenter which are not realistic in the first place, and the recipient who lacks solid and sufficient scriptural knowledge and buys into the offering is sent off on a dead ended road of expectation that goes no where
These extra-biblical fabrications should never be a substitute for the study of the Bible with the guidance of the Lord’s holy spirit because if followed, the participant will never discover the truth about themselves, this present world, and their ultimate destiny from the Lord’s perspective
Soft selling and discounting of the core precepts of the Bible has the seeds of self deception and self destruction because those who engage miss the real issues that they must address which will lead them to a genuine relationship with Jesus Christ and their own salvation
The teachers if “christian” psycho-babel are often super salesman who can be very convincing that they in fact are conveying the gospel of Jesus Christ …. beware of this very popular and growing attraction by which hundreds of thousands are being deceived today into thinking that they are on the right road
The scriptures of the Lord’s Word when taken together and within contextual presentation from a biblical perspective and compared with the same will uncover the false promises and related deceptions of these movements .... some of the material deception is very subtle, so one must pay careful attention in the analysis process
All of these enhance satan's ambition to make a mockery of the truth. The Lord has said that many would come in His name with the intent to deceive. [Matthew 24:4-5; Mark 13:5-6; 2Peter 2,3; 2Timothy 3,4]Last edited by Truth Files; Jun 3rd, 2010 at 8:33 PM.

Greetings Truth Files. I have perused and pondered much of your offerings here lately. And while a lot of my responses in this forum have appeared antagonistic, it is more a matter of having a strong belief myself. I have not been very polished or considerate in some of these discussions, and apologize for my personal style up front, if my words or thoughts are in any way personally offensive or abrasive. I really am seeking to refine my sense of the divine, and its role in the path of our lives. I am endeavoring to keep my discussion authentic. In this light, please understand that I ask my questions with the utmost respect, and in a spirit of learning and truth. Thanks.

It appears that what you are saying here is that many people are deceived into avoiding the reality of the purpose of this life. That many spend their lives and time in fleeing "hardships and difficulties" in pursuit of an escapist sense of reality? A fantasy of what they want life to be, rather than what it is, and what we are here to face, and to learn? Is this the meaning of your phrase? In terms of the ways in which God desires us to refine our souls...by owning up to the hardships and difficulties, that you mention?
Similar, perhaps, to Jesus's acceptance of his fate in his walk to Golgotha, carrying his own burden, the cross, walking in pain and punishment, in the midst of receiving the abuse and derision of the crowd without complaint or reprise, but simply bearing his pain and burden with dignity and humility...
I don't know if this is the intent behind your words. It would be interesting if you would explain further.
This is part of what you meant by not being lead to be impervious to the hardships and difficulties of the human condition? These extra-biblical fabrications should never be a substitute for the study of the Bible with the guidance of the Lord’s holy spirit because if followed, the participant will never discover the truth about themselves, this present world, and their ultimate destiny from the Lord’s perspective
What sort of real issues...that people deceive themselves about?Soft selling and discounting of the core precepts of the Bible has the seeds of self deception and self destruction because those who engage miss the real issues that they must address which will lead them to a genuine relationship with Jesus Christ and their own salvation
What is the goal of these deceptive "teachers"? It is not to help people? Is it really such a devious plan? The teachers if “christian” psycho-babel are often super salesman who can be very convincing that they in fact are conveying the gospel of Jesus Christ …. beware of this very popular and growing attraction by which hundreds of thousands are being deceived today into thinking that they are on the right road
So a majority of christian leaders these days are actually the servants of Satan? I find it quite interesting that you spell ALL with an 11 rather double L (All -- A11) as well. Was that deliberate? If so, what is the reason for your subtlety? There is a large belief in the significance of numerology in the Bible. While others consider that heretical. It would be interesting to know your perspective here.A11 of these enhance satan's ambition to make a mockery of the truth. The Lord has said that many would come in His name with the intent to deceive. [Matthew 24:4-5; Mark 13:5-6; 2Peter 2,3; 2Timothy 3,4]
And a specific around which your teaching seems to revolve is the immanent and physical immortality of God's chosen people at the time of his return. I know that is a simplistic restating of your ideas, but it seems the gist. If I have misunderstood, please correct me. But I have not heard this idea from other corners of christian thought. Your perspective is rather unique, and it would be interesting to learn more of this biblical imperative, and those who believe in this as scriptural truth.
Thank you again for your time and patience.

Hmmm, the Truth is certainly under attack.
Is there any chance that you may be wrong on some points?
Would you like to discuss the second coming of Christ sometime, as I believe pretrib is a false teaching. You might learn something, or you may strengthen your position.

Calliope,
Thanks for your response .... good questions
I will answer in the order of your inquiries: [I am pressed for time so I hope this is not too brief for you]
>There are offerings made to the unlearned and unwary by way of presenting packaged solutions for addressing the human condition and paying lip service to the Bible, but actually making substitutional alternatives which many times will stand in the way of one's needed seeking of the scriptures themselves and therefore Lord's view .... I suggest that one must seek and focus upon His Word first and not to be satisfied with reconstituted interpretations and philosophies offered by others .... your comments are well put on this issue and correct in my opinion
>One does need to understand the Lord's view of the human condition from the scriptures before buying into the ideas of others which can be, and are very off coarse
>The believer must develop a solid foundation of the Lord's explanations from scripture for knowing the truth [I consider the scriptures to all be inspired and of His authorship] .... He does not sugar coat the issues and always brings one to the testing .... and the individual must take Him at His word .... no second guessing
>For example, many books are written offering philosophies regarding the human condition and how to deal with it, but when one investigates the scriptural support given you will find that much is taken out of context for the purpose of supporting the writtings of the presenter, and the actual meaning of the scriptures suggested become obscured
>The issues presented can be almost anything from "drug addiction, get rich quick , heal infirmities, etc." .... but this kind of seeking and solution is not the Lord's view regarding the first step in what one must come to grips with and needs to do regarding their own salvation .... only the Lord can truly bring remedy to the human need for salvation which is the real bottom line issue
>The problem with the "quick fix" solutions offered by many of those who do it is this: They are motivated to attract attention to themselves, gain power and influence over others, and to make merchandise of those who buy into the package
>So this behavior is certainly questionable at the least and the temptation to do it is in itself a human weakness .... and the results can mislead one into a journey far from the narrow road that the Lord requires one to be on
>There have been and are many who have been tempted to use the Bible for self gain, so yes, one needs to be aware of the dangers involved .... especially in these last days
>I would suggest that you consider the Lord's view and that of the Apostles [Matthew 24:4-5; 2Peter 2;3; 2Timothy 3; 4] .... there are many other related scriptures that warn against the practice and not be mislead and deceived by those who engage in it
>Not all extra-biblical presentations are off coarse, but I suggest that one always test everything in the light of the scriptures .... if you have a specific article, movement, or teacher that you would like me to comment on I will
>The A11 is a typo ... thanks for pointing it out .... I will edit the posting .... and I detest the practice of numerology which is a form of divination .... the scriptures strictly forbid this kind of behavior
>The Lord's process to immortalize the church of today [of both the dead in Christ and the living together at the time] is well grounded in scripture .... so I do teach this blessed hope of the believer
>If you have further questions on this subject or any others I will respond
>You can get information from my simple website if you like

And,
"He who calls on the name of the Lord, shall be saved."
"Seek and Ye shall find, Ask and Ye shall recieve."
"I Am the Way, the Truth, and the Life. No one can come to the Father, but through Me."
"He who loves his life shall lose it, but he who loses his life for my sake, shall find it." -Jesus
Truly in your heart.
"He who calls on the name of the Lord, shall be saved."

That was very well explained.
but you left out the excommunication of those that will not follow the required line.
One thing to keep in mind is that many are called but few are chosen. Jesus may have fed the 5000 but at the end of the day he still only had left the 12 disciples.Blessings in the name of my Lord Jesus Christ who came in the flesh and now sits at the right hand of our God on high.
A confession of faith that the modern Evangelical movement can no longer make!

Thank you for your thoughtful response.
I am pleased that my synthesis of your thoughts was not just my imagination. It confirms for me some basic truths of the bible.I suggest that one must seek and focus upon His Word first and not to be satisfied with reconstituted interpretations and philosophies offered by others .... your comments are well put on this issue and correct in my opinion
This confirms my notion of the bible being a blueprint for the purpose of salavation....well said.
I would not have understood this a few years ago. But your clarity is so valuable here.>So this behavior is certainly questionable at the least and the temptation to do it is in itself a human weakness .... and the results can mislead one into a journey far from the narrow road that the Lord requires one to be on
Taking a look in my bible today.>I would suggest that you consider the Lord's view and that of the Apostles [Matthew 24:4-5; 2Peter 2;3; 2Timothy 3; 4] .... there are many other related scriptures that warn against the practice and not be mislead and deceived by those who engage in it
I'd be interested in knowing what extra-biblical sources you consider compatible with biblical scripture.>Not all extra-biblical presentations are off coarse, but I suggest that one always test everything in the light of the scriptures .... if you have a specific article, movement, or teacher that you would like me to comment on I will
Apologies for my suggestion. It seemed very curious to me, as others have attributed the number 11 and its properties to Jesus.>The A11 is a typo ... thanks for pointing it out .... I will edit the posting .... and I detest the practice of numerology which is a form of divination .... the scriptures strictly forbid this kind of behavior
An intriguing perspective. I will take a look at your blog....thanks for the direction. Something that I haven't often considered is the idea that those have passed, haven't actually found their places yet in heaven. That these souls will remain "asleep" until they are reclaimed at some future moment? So all these platitudes, that our loved ones who have passed, are "in heaven now", or "in a better place"....this is not accurate?>The Lord's process to immortalize the church of today [of both the dead in Christ and the living together at the time] is well grounded in scripture .... so I do teach this blessed hope of the believer
Additionally -- what is your thought regarding the biblical figures who were "translated" by God? Elijah and Enoch I think. They were granted immortality, in the sense of which you speak, correct? Could you elaborate on their condition? And is this the same "immortality" that will be granted his followers at the allotted time? If not, what is the meaning of this sort of "translation" regarding Elijah and Enoch?
Thank you again TruthFiles, for your consideration.

Calliope,
I would suggest these authors for extra-biblical writings:
Ray Stedman, John Walvoord, Donald Barnhouse, J. Vernon McGee, Dwight Pentecost, and Calrence Larkin
There are not many of this caliber around today .... these have contributed much to the advancement of understanding scripture
If you are pre-disposed to a church organization I would suggest that you investigate what is taught and the views of the leaders .... anything removed from a foundation of solid scriptural truth should be suspect
I suggest that one seek and study the Lord's Word for themselves for understanding .... if one has proper motive in the process He will lead you into all truth over time .... this is possible for anyone
Those believers who have fallen asleep are still waiting for His call at this moment .... they are not aware of time lapsing as we are in the material world .... so His call for them will seem to them like it occurs immediately upon their physical death
Enoch was "taken" in physical death, but not resurrected to immortality and Elijah had unique experiences by being transported for the Lord's purposes .... both are still waiting for the future event of the Lord's action to immortalize believers just as we are
None have had this experience yet [both O.T. and N.T. believers] and both those "sleeping" and those alive at the time will be called together ..... "caught up" to a higher level of immortal existence by the Lord
First, the Lord Himself .... and then those at His future coming [1Corinthians 15:23]
He has promised the believer to keep them from His coming wrath and tribulation .... and those living at the "moment" will be called [these will not have time to die physically, but will be changed from the physical to the immortal] along with those asleep who will not be left "in the grave" [sleeping]
Many of the "professing" church will not be ready for this event and will not participate .... this is why He has said that one must be "ready" and not found astray
He will still offer salvation during the coming wrath to earth dwellers and some of both Israel and the nations [gentiles] will turn and believe, but most will be martyred for their faith
These will have to wait until the end of the period for their resurrection, unlike those who will precede them before
Today's immortal church is seen in heaven with the Lord as Revelation unfolds, just before, during, and after His coming wrath against an intransigent unbelieving world
I woud suggest the following scriptures for the study of this subject:
[Ecclesiastes 9:5; Daniel 12:2]
Today's church:
[1Corinthians 15:22-58; 1Thessalonians 4:13-17; 2Thessalonians 2:1; Matthew 25:1-13; Revelation 3:10; 3:16; 4:4; 5:5-10; 7:9-17; 11:1; 11:16; 12:12; 13:6; 17:14; 18;4; 19:1-9; 19:14; 20:4 (those on thrones)]
The martyrs of the tribulation period:
[Revelation 6:9-11; 14:13; 15:2-3; 20:4(those beheaded)]Last edited by Truth Files; Jun 5th, 2010 at 7:25 PM.

Jeff weeder, I too have come to the conclusion that pre-trib is wrong
although I believed it most of my life. I am leaning more to a pre-wrath rapture as I think the Great tribulation is 3 1/2 years, not seven. Even though we can't be sure on this, I don't believe our interpretation matters that much as far as our salvation is concerned. We will see pre, mid, and post tribbers in glory one day. Jesus alone is the tie that binds us. Truth files
is correct on many of his points especially when it comes to apostacy in the
church. There are many proclaiming a false Gospel which is where the real danger lies.
