The fate of Wisconsin state workers
On Wednesdays Colbert report, there is a report on the Wisconsin Supreme Court race which currently enjoys a 5-4 conservative majority. The race pits a liberal vs. an incumbent conservative Justice whose name will soon be lost to history and is currently lost to me. The liberal candidate, whatever her name is, has a lead of a little over 200 votes, which means: The fate of the Wisconsin bargaining rights law, which will be decided by the Supreme Court of Wisconsin, whose majority will be decided by...STATE WORKERS!!!!! Bah ha ha ha ha!! It is so far beyond hilarious I just don't have a word for it!!
What do you think?

"It doesn't matter who votes it matters who counts the votes." Florida Re Count of 2000.
So who does the counting in Wis.? State workers who would be made slaves by the GOP or the GOP? It all depends on who counts the votes...

Then Colbert's people better realize there's only 7 Supreme Court Justices in Wisconsin.
It's Justice Dave Prosser... He just blew-by the challenger by 7,300 votes...

Besides, they're only hearing 8 cases this term, and the union-case isn't one of them, even though the Governor is asking them to hear it." Take Badlaw's body out to the gold-mine 'n toss it down a shaft. "
