    Take 2 Assassins mix equal parts of alcohol and testosterone. Throw in a gun for good measure, and you have yourself a death. I do agree with the bail though. Why lock him up when he could be put to good use? He's obvious a killer so let him kill, just focus his rage on the enemy. Lock him up or terminate him when he's no longer of use. I know this is going to be a real popular response for some folks. Hehehe...
