Chicken ala King Casserole
3 tbsp. butter or margarine
3 tbsp. flour
1-1/2 cups chicken broth
2 cups cooked chicken
1 cup peas - if frozen, thaw
2-3 carrots cooked (sliced, diced, julienne or whatever)
2/3 cup mushrooms- optional
1/4 cup onions
1 can refrigerated biscuits
Preheat oven to 375*F
In a pot over medium heat melt butter. Add flour, stirring constantly for approx. 1 minute. Add liquid and stir till it thickens and boils. Add your chicken and vegetables, stir and heat through. Pour into a casserole dish. Cut biscuits into quarters with scissors and place on casserole rounded side up. Cook approx. 10 - 15 minutes, till biscuits brown.Removed Spam link from Sig.

Jim Crow America relegated Blacks to the back of buses. Israel wants Arabs excluded from the bus entirely.

How many people is this expected to feed? It seems a bit small, but perhaps I am too fat and need to cut my quantities. I never have made this meal, although my family has a case and a half of #10 cans with this freeze dried for the rainy decade.
