Imminent Disaster probable
Well this week may be an interesting time and it is probable that some major event will occur.
As of today the asteroid toutatis is at its closest approach, Mt Etna in Italy is in eruption, earthquakes are occuring in central california and it looks like Mt St Helens is about to erupt at any time.
The number of earthquakes in california alone this last week is alarming and are increasing in frequency. Some have been more than 5 even 6 on the richter scale.
Mt St Helens looks like it will erupt any day now. Earthquakes there are occuring at around 4 per minute with the largest ones around 2.5 magnitude becoming more frequent. Scientists have upgraded the Alert level to 2. There are only 3 alert levels and level 3 is an active eruption.

To top it all off there is a potential disaster waiting to be activated. In astrological terms there is a conjunction of planets on the equator which involves the planets Mars, Jupiter, Mercury and the Sun. The moon has just passed the opposition to the sun {full moon} and as it was a gibbous moon the effects may be felt for up to a few days after the full moon. Usually when groups of planets are on the equator we find earthquakes and other such disasters. The same principle usually applies in regard to eclipses of which some are due soon.
Dont say anybody wasn't warned.......

I know that Florida has been slammed. So has Georgia and many up the east coast. I have been through a Catogory 3 when Opal came through and hit Pensacola. I lived in Navarre Beach at the time. The best way to survive a storm. Bend over, pray and prepare to kiss it goodbye.

scary thing is that the almanac is correct. I guess maybe that they are correct with sun spots having an effect on the weather. My friend gets the almanac and they predicted that the Florida area would get quite a few hurricanes this year. HINT HINT to my future dream section, 2 days ago he told me that the Almanac said that my area would have a bad for adults"good snow winter" for me.
And by the way, i did have that dream before he told me what he saw in the Almanac.

quakes
Is there a correlation between the quakes in California and Mount Saint Helen's? Just wondering if they are connected somehow.

So it seems that astrology is not so far fetched at all. I was right in predicting that an activation of the conjunction of planets would occur. Mt St Helens has now begun to erupt and the minor earthquakes in california and now nevada are increasing in frequency with a number of them occuring yesterday and today. This is a sign of a lot of pressure building up in the major fault line on the west coast.
If you are a resident of california, nevada, oregon or washington then be prepared for a big one at any time now. This is a distinct possibility and these minor quakes may just be warning signs before the big one.
One thing Im concerned about though and maybe someone can answer this. Is it possible that the eruption of Mt St Helens along with the earthquake activity along the west coast can trigger off an eruption of Yellowstone? Thats a scary thought but not out of the question. Maybe something bigger is in the making...... Stay tuned.....

looking at the earthquake maps and the frequency and motion of the west coast quakes, if there were enough small ones to create a large enough shockwave to reach the area, it could spur the small quakes there into larger ones i would imagine.

HERE are the clickable maps.
wtf is happening over there in Tennessee/Kentucky?

Ah I forgot about the "Big One" that was supposed to happen, spent most of elementary preparing for that lol. Anyways I heard its an 80% chance of St. Helens erupting in the next 24 hours.

On a side note: I find it amusing that some people seem to think only the States were hit with hurricanes. I seriously doubt even some of our own members realize the devastation caused by these hurricanes on countries in Central America and how many lives have actually been loss...
But back on topic, thankfully Canada is ruled out for most natural disasters
However it should be interesting how all these 'events' unfold. A toast towards the end

Mt. St. Helens is ready to blow once more...
http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/world/americas/3710868.stm
I just hope she doesn't erupt worse than the last big one!
What the hell is going on! There have been so many natural disasters this year, I just hope it doesn't get worse. I don't think all this will cause 'the end of life as we know it', it just happens that mother nature isn't too happy right now.

Looks like all the media outlets are keeping a close eye on the mountain. Hope nothing serious happens there.

:kngt: Yeah mother nature is going off all over the place lately and most probably the process of climate change is occurring faster than we are all led to believe.

The lunar eclipse on the 28th looks like it may trigger some fiery event due to the energy of mars being involved. But this event may not necessarily be confined only to Mt St Helens. There could be other events too.
Eclipses usually produce strong effects on the earth and this time period would be a favourable time for a strong eruption or explosive event and the effects may even be felt prior to the eclipse itself. In looking at the month ahead, it doesn't look all that crash hot.....

The truth is that mother earth is relatively quiet. It could be MUCH worse than this. In fact, in Europe it's been one of the slowest years since God knows how long...
Sorry, but I am not sure about this... Isn't the region around Mt. St. Helens very thinly inhabited? Nothing much to be worried about in terms of possible casualties?!?- If you wind up with a boring, miserable life because you listened to your parents, your teacher, your priest or some guy on TV telling you how to do your shit, then YOU DESERVE IT.
