Not having corn in our food storage is just NOT an option. Our family loves sweet corn and there is so much you can do with corn in recipes it is worth the time and effort it takes to freeze or can corn. Freezing fresh corn is a lot easier than I thought it would be and had I known how easy, I would of done a lot more...

The way to store corn is as a grain. You dry it out, remove it from the cob and place the corn in bags. It stores that way for years, no power required

You can rehydrate it or grind it up for flower to make corn bread or flack jacks etc.
Blessings in the name of my Lord Jesus Christ who came in the flesh and now sits at the right hand of our God on high.

A confession of faith that the modern Evangelical movement can no longer make!
