Good grief! I thought Gamer Gal was the biggest obstacle to intelligent debate on this site... until I met DBA, that is.... until I met you. You just might be the least competent defender of the President I've ever bumped into.... if we don't count any of those already mentioned or Joe Biden.
Not that we can believe ANYTHING that comes out of the mouth of Stephanie Cutter (Imaginary Bain vicitm---Joe Septic vetter extrodinaire) but Stephani seems to understand that the $700 Billion Romney mentioned comes from Obama's Medicare cuts...

So here is Obama himself admitting that 1/3 of Obamacare funding comes from Medicare.

First, you can try reading Page 13, just like JenaS62 said.
Spending for Medicare would increase by an estimated $716 billion over that 2013–2022 period.
Okay? If Obamacare is repealed, then spending for Medicare increases $716 Billion between 2013-2022, but if Obamacare is not repealed, then Medicare loses $716 Billion.
Why?
Why don't you read the Medicare Trustees report?
The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, as amended by the Health Care and Education Reconciliation Act of 2010, is another, and even larger, source of policy-related uncertainty. This legislation, referred to collectively as the “Affordable Care Act” or ACA, contains roughly 165 provisions affecting the Medicare program by reducing costs, increasing revenues, improving certain benefits, combating fraud and abuse, and initiating a major program of research and development to identify alternative provider payment mechanisms, health care delivery systems, and other changes intended to improve the quality of health care and reduce its costs to Medicare.
The Board assumes that the various cost-reduction measures—the most important of which are the reductions in the payment rate updates for most categories of Medicare providers by the growth in economy-wide multifactor productivity—will occur as the Affordable Care Act requires.
The Trustees believe that this outcome, while plausible, will depend on the achievement of unprecedented improvements in health care provider productivity. If the health sector could not transition to more efficient models of care delivery and achieve productivity increases commensurate with economy-wide productivity, and if the provider reimbursement rates paid by commercial insurers continued to follow the same negotiated process used to date, then the availability and quality of health care received by Medicare beneficiaries relative to that received by those with private health insurance would fall over time, generating pressure to modify Medicare’s payment rates.
So the ACA results in severe cuts to Medicare --- and the Trustees believe it will negatively affect both the availability and the quality of health care.
In case you don't get it, the American Hospital Association -- who own The Warrior-Boy-King since they are one of his biggest campaign donors -- will not permit enhanced productivity.
And in case you don't get it, one reason Euro-States can have UHC/single-payer health coverages, is because Euro-States use the highly efficiently, tremendously effective greatest quality Clinic Model -- a 21st Century approach, while the US is still mired in the antiquated, obsolete, out-dated, out-moded 16th Century Hospital Model.
The US has one hospital for every 54,233 Americans. That is way, way, way, too many hospitals. This White House photograph is made available for publication by news organizations or personal use printing by the subject(s) of the photograph. Once AGAIN, your lack of comprehension is STUPEFYING!!!
There is NO CUT of current spending for Medicare under the ACA. The ACA does cut in INCREASES that would occur if the ACA weren't in force.
The ACA REDUCES FUTURE INCREASES.
Even the short bus people usually understand THAT!
Go back to GLP where you'd feel more at home, and be protected from challenges.

In the above video.
Interviewer: "One of the concerns about healthcare and how you pay for it is that 1/3 of the funding comes from cuts to medicare."
Obama: "Right"

If you were graduated by an high school, you ought to seriously consider giving that diploma back.
No one said there was. I most certainly never said that and you cannot prove I did. Obviously you're either lying or totally insane.
Furthermore, that was never the argument.
What happened here is very easy to see: You ran your mouth like an Ass-Clown, then you got hammered into the ground with facts, and now you're trying to move the goal-posts so you look like a former Enron Accountant instead of the former head of the Enron Accounting Department.
What I specifically said was:
Maybe it's your special Ass-Clown eye-glasses that prevented you from seeing the very obvious:
$716 Billion between 2013-2022
Would you like a link to the definition of the word "between?" I mean even the people on the Short-Bus know the definition of "between."
Yes, Captain Obvious, thank you for finally admitting that you were wrong like a typical Ass-Clown.
The ACA cuts $716 Billion from Medicare in the Future --- and the Future starts in 189 Days because the 0.9% tax increase for S>$200,000 and M>$250,000 starts January 1, 2013.$716 billion over that 2013–2022 period
Why would I want to do that? You're fun and easy to make sport of. I can make you look like the World's Biggest Jack-Ass-Clown with no effort at all. This White House photograph is made available for publication by news organizations or personal use printing by the subject(s) of the photograph. And Ryan HAD, until recently, claimed that his world view, philosophy, and reason for getting into politics was the writings of Ayn Rand, A Jewish Russian Atheist darling of Libertarians and the Tea Party.
But now that the Roman Catholic Church has come out AGAINST her, Ryan is trying to distance himself from his own past, MUCH like Romney is furiously trying to distance HIMSELF from HIS own past too.

I loved Atlas Shrugged.
Brilliant.
Rand helped shape the man Ryan is today. Much like Jeremiah Wright, Bill Ayers, and a little time at a Muslim Madrassah shaped Obama.
