For humanities sake! will there ever be a time when man leaves his fanatical and superstitious ways of solving his need for unanswered questions. Religion of all walks, has created more confusion and has given man a rationale to lean on his barbaric nature. Ya! so what? We have instincts of an animal that we try to rationalize. Why should we need a religion or a god that does not even do a good job of supporting us collectively. As individuals we can rationalize any god or religion depending on where geographically we are. But no god of any land has stepped up to the plate to take responsibility. The same difficulties still plague us to modern times. Time for humans to evolve! Or maybe thats just what the religions and goverments need to control humans to do their bidding. good day! "the Budell"

Once again, this notion emerges of God as nursemaid and child care worker. Where does this concept arise, that Infinite Universal Intelligence should look after us, "support" us and "take responsibility?" Should parents take responsibility for their grown adult offspring who choose of their own volition to go down the wrong path in their lives, despite the best efforts of the parents? It is this notion of diminished responsibility for the human race which has lead to many of our misgivings. Perhaps we should take out public liability insurance against the Alpha and the Omega, and place the blame for our own ignorance on the Oneness.

"God should save us," "Why should we have to suffer," "It's God's fault that we're stupid," "God musn't exist because there's suffering in the world." The Buddha, who made no mention of God, espoused the notion that each individual needs to realise that suffering is a part of life. He also pointed out that the causes of suffering are greed, desire, and clinging to things that are impermanent, ie, anything that exists in form. He also stated that it is each individual's responsibility to do something about this, or alternatively, perpetuate suffering in their own lives and the lives of others. This is a very simple notion. However, it requires meeting the challenges presented to us, and facing our own egos, with their inherent fears and misunderstandings. It requires facing our suffering with courage, and realising its origins in order to not create any more of it.

As long as we are waiting around for God or one of the masters to miraculously appear and save us from ourselves, we will continue to be lost. I'm sure the Universe will carry on just fine with or without the human race, or planet Earth, or indeed this entire solar system. It really only matters to us. I can imagine the I AM THAT I AM, the Great Oneness, the Infinite Intelligence, observing the charred remains of Earth, and with a cosmic sigh forming the thought....."Oh well, that didn't work........what a shame, I gave them everything they would ever need......anyway, next!"

No as long as we hold thought to superstition and the unseen will we continue with confusion. And the only one waiting around for god are the jews and christians. Is god, a god responsable for his creation even after makeing so many empty promises? Whats the purpose of the new and old covenants? Is it for his children or his parents? LAME promises that have yet to appear!
Dont wait till you die because then its to late! Stand aware of superstition. good day! gotta go to work

Superstition is man made...Not GOD. I personally am not waiting around whining for God to save me. That notion is man made as well. Organized religion (all kinds) has done a lot to try and keep the human spirit contained. The TRUTH is..you don't need organized religion to know GOD. If you know Him....you need only to speak His name and you will know He is there. He is inside you. YET---He has given you a precious gift, that of Free Will. We all make our own choices in life. I for one, am not going to sit around and pray that God saves me from myself. All religions contain partial truths. You must take it upon yourself to find the whole TRUTH, which is contained within you and within the WORD. But---that takes great humility and openess...To be open to what may revealed to you.
